Hebrew names are a sentence with meaning: Zechariah = the Lord remembers.

Zedekiah = the Lord is righteousness.

Ezekiel = God strengthens.

Isaiah = God is Salvation.

“I AM” is an incomplete sentence; it begs for completion.

Throughout the OT God reveals more of who he is by completing the sentence.

Ultimately he is “I AM whatever you need.”

Seminary professor who ridiculed me: Your theology appears to be “Jesus will cure what ails you.”

Knowing more of God and his self revelation through his names allows you to pray more completely – to appropriate more and more of what God intends for you.
