P.1
SATAN IS OUT THERE SEEKING HOW HE MIGHT DEVOUR, TRIP PEOPLE UP, CAUSE PEOPLE TO FALL, HE TRIES TO GET PEOPLE INTO DIFFERENT BONDAGES.
(JOH 10:10) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have {it} more abundantly.
(KJV)  WE KNOW QUITE A BIT ABOUT WHAT SATAN WANTS TO DO TO US.

     I.
?
BUT HOW ARE WE GOING TO AVOID HIS SNARES?

          A.
1ST WE HAVE TO KNOW WHO & WHAT SATAN IS. (Hebrews 1:13‑14 KJV)
(13) But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
(14) Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

               1.
BEFORE SATAN FELL HE WAS ONE OF GOD'S ANGEL'S.
HE WAS THEN CALLED LUCIFER AN ANOINTED CHERUB, THAT'S THE HIGHEST RANKING ANGEL.
SO WE KNOW SATAN IS A SPIRITUAL BEING.

(KJV)

THE BIBLE CALLS SATAN THE RULER OF DARKNESS, PRINCE OF DEMONS, THE WICKED ONE, & MANY OTHERS.
HE IS OUR ENEMY, OUR ADVERSARY, AS A MATTER OF FACT THE BIBLE CALLS HIM OUR ADVERSARY.
B.
?
NOW HOW ARE WE GOING TO AVOID HIS SNARES ?

               2.
NOW YOU MIGHT REMEMBER THE PARABLE THAT JESUS TOLD ABOUT A MAN GOING TO A WEDDING AND WENT TO SIT IN THE BEST SEAT.
A MORE NOBLE CAME & THE 1ST MAN WAS ASKED TO MOVE, TO GIVE UP HIS SEAT, SO HE DID.
HE GAVE IT UP TO THE ONE WHO WAS MORE NOBLE OR MORE WORTHY.
3.
(EPH 4:27) Neither give place to the devil.
(KJV)
WHEN YOU ALLOW THINGS TO GET IN LIKE ANGER, STRIFE, UNFORGIVNESS, REJECTION.
WHEN YOU GIVE PLACE TO THOSE THINGS, YOUR GIVING PLACE TO THE DEVIL.
YOUR GIVING SATAN A SEAT IN YOUR LIFE, BUT IT'S NOT YOUR LIFE IT'S THE LORD'S.
YOUR GIVING PLACE TO WHAT YOU THINK A MORE NOBLE ONE OR A MORE WORTHY ONE.
                   a. YOU'RE PROBABLY NOT DOING IT CONSCIOUSLY.
LETS TAKE REJECTION, YOU MIGHT FEEL REJECTED BECAUSE OF SOMETHING IN THE PAST, BUT GOD SAYS YOU'RE THE HEAD NOT THE TAIL, YOUR A SOMEBODY.
BUT YOU'VE HAD THIS FEELING FOR A LONG TIME & YOU TRUST THAT FELLING AS BEING TRUE.
SO WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS GIVING PLACE TO A MORE NOBLE ONE OR A MORE WORTHY & WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS ASKING THE LORD TO GIVE UP HIS SEAT SO THAT REJECTION CAN TAKE THAT SEAT.
b. THAT'S GRIEVOUS TO THE LORD.
YOU'VE GIVEN PLACE TO THE DEVIL IN THE LORD'S HOUSE.

‑‑ JOH 8:28‑29  HE SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING BY HIMSELF, BUT HE DEPENDED ON THE FATHER.
