Kings and Priests:
We all have a ministry -either King or Priest.
Life is lived on 2 levels - private - we exercise both roles
- public - King or Priest.
Priest provides vision from God to the people.
King provides provision for the vision.
Kings conquer for the kingdom
Priest gives blessing before a King goes to battle.
God has one thing that you are better than 10,000 others
God’s plan is found in your strengths ( not weaknesses )
If you focus on weakness = average.
Focus on strength = excellent.
Don’t use your strength - Lose it
Don’t use your anointing = poor steward.
Discussion questions
What are you good at? What do others say you are good at?How can you, as a king or priest, work better with the kings and priests in your church?Do you view your job as a battle for the Kingdom of God? What would you do differently if you did see it as a battle?
God’s pattern for ministry:
Ministry - Men - Money
Giving:
Tithe - to the local church. You benefit from that church.
Love Offering - God has already blessed you with something and you give with thankfulness.
Seed Offering - Seed / Faith - an investment for a return.
Miracle Offering (Mission) - Pledge - Sacrifice as you get nothing back in this life.
Axiom: Once you give - you are no longer accountable for it. When you give - you give as unto the Lord.
23 It is the Levites who are to do the work at the tent of meeting and bear the responsibility for any offenses they commit against it. This is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. They will receive no inheritance among the Israelites
8 “Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me.

“In tithes and offerings.
30 “ ‘A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.
The Tithe is the Lord’s - we do not own what we possess - we are only stewards.
3 Most Powerful Motives:
Hate - Fear - Greed
Reasons a man won’t tithe
Unbelief - Fear - Greed
Love will overcome hate, fear and greed.
The motivation for giving to God is Love.
6 Key areas of increase:
Increased Salvations.
Increased Volunteers.
Increased Finances.
Increased Wholeness and Health.
Increased Local Influence.
Increased Ministry.
God puts no limitations on faith.
Faith puts no limitations on God.
You gain by giving what you cannot buy with money.
Tithing is not the issue - Understanding how much you have been forgiven is the issue. ( MOG )
13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
Influence:
2 Types of influence
1/ Positional - position you hold.
2/ Personal - person you are.
Followers happen to influence - Leaders determine to influence.
Personal influence touches the lives of people.
People don’t care how much you know - until they know how much you care.
Compassion is the heartbeat of influence.
Influences foundation is Conviction.
Conviction is unchangeable.
Conviction is non - negotiable.
Conviction is stronger under pressure. (Charcoal to diamond)
Greatest Influence - Love
Love desires to give at the expense of self.
Godly influence is the only thing you have that will change the lives of those around you.
The Power behind Influence is Consistency.
Ministry / Oracle Gifts and Serving Gifts:
48 But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.
13 So he called ten of his servants and gave them ten minas. ‘Put this money to work,’ he said, ‘until I come back.’

Key: Everyone has serving gifts.
Serving gifts make Ministry gifts possible.
Oracle gifts are proven by serving gifts
Cornerstone of Character is Faithfulness
Exercise the gift God has given you - You are a gift - Let God confirm.
“God’s ways in Finances’
Do you want your needs or God’s needs met first?
Materialism holds up finances.
Are you doing the will of God?
Are you testing God or tempting Christ?
Are you in debt?
Are you giving to others in the will of God?
Are you grateful?
Are you faithful in little or are you wasting God’s provision?
Are you in disobedience?
Are you in unbelief?
Is there failure to ask in prayer?
There is a time to reap after you have repented of putting yourself in debt.
Are you living under the curse from your disobedience?
When you repent, make restitution.
Are you guilty of irresponsibility?
Have you touched the glory of God?
Are you guilty of being independent and making yourself your own god?
Does your unbelief make you afraid of the future?
Are you obeying God?
Are you being attacked by the enemy in your finances?
Are you collecting interest from your brethren?
Do you seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness?
Do you seek first God’s righteousness?
Are you having financial problems because you co signed for another?
Are you taking care of the needs of the saints?
Are you being hospitable?
Are you giving to the poor?
Are you making sure you are providing for your own family?
Are you taking care of widows?
Are you blessing and giving to those helping Israel?
Are you helping the starving nations?
Are you grateful in supporting your spiritual teachers?
Are you tithing?
