Life is lived on 2 levels - private - we exercise both roles
- public - King or Priest.
Priest provides vision from God to the people.
King provides provision for the vision.
Kings conquer for the kingdom
Priest gives blessing before a King goes to battle.

God’s pattern for ministry:
Ministry - Men - Money
Giving:
Tithe - to the local church.
You benefit from that church.
Love Offering - God has already blessed you with something and you give with thankfulness.
Seed Offering - Seed / Faith - an investment for a return.
Miracle Offering (Mission) - Pledge - Sacrifice as you get nothing back in this life.
Axiom: Once you give - you are no longer accountable for it.
When you give - you give as unto the Lord.
23 It is the Levites who are to do the work at the tent of meeting and bear the responsibility for any offenses they commit against it.
This is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.

1/ Positional - position you hold.
2/ Personal - person you are.
Followers happen to influence - Leaders determine to influence.
Personal influence touches the lives of people.
People don’t care how much you know - until they know how much you care.
Compassion is the heartbeat of influence.
Influences foundation is Conviction.
Conviction is unchangeable.
Conviction is non - negotiable.
Conviction is stronger under pressure.
