Big Idea: “Be who God has pronounced you to be”

Context: Here Jesus is describing the reality of the kingdom

The kingdoms of the word say – belief in yourself, don’t be sad!

don’t be show weakness, make sure you have it all together on the outside...and people will love you

Jesus’ kingdom says – Humble yourself, weakness is alright, just because you have it, doesn’t mean you have to show it off, and before you worry about the outside...take a look at the inside...and if you do all that, don’t be surprised if they still don’t like you

But understand - those things are your fiction...but their not your identity
