Introduction
I remember a TV show called Undercover Boss, I used to love that show because it presented a person who has an upper-management position at a major business, deciding to go undercover as an entry-level employee to discover the faults.
When I though about that I realised that we work for a God that is (Omnipotent), He is everywhere at all times.
I realised then that God is our Undercover Boss.
He is also (Omniscient) so he sees and hears everything we say, we do or even think at all times.
Today I’m going to talk about something that was going on between the Disciples and he had to take care of.
They were disputing about; “Who among them will be the greatest?”
When we think about greatness we tend to think as the world does.
We think about the people that is on top of everything.
We think about rich people, famous people, owner of big enterprises etc., But greatness is much more than position, skills, leadership, power, influence, titles, degrees, fame, abilities, great achievements, or success.
It is not what we do for God, it is about who we are in spirit for God.
Who ever look for real greatness give the importance to what it matter the most; faith, a pious character, wisdom, self control, patience and love, wich means to the fruit of the spirit. .

Illustration of Spikes and Wheat
A farmer was going to visit his fields to see if the harvest was in season.
He had brought his little daughter, Luisita, with him.
"Look, Papa," said the inexperienced girl, "how some of the wheat-stalks have their heads erect and haughty; undoubtedly, they will be the best and the most distinguished: those others around them, which lower them almost to the ground, will surely be the worst.
-The father took some spikes and said: -Look well, my daughter: do you see these spikes that so proudly raise their heads?
Well, they are completely empty.
On the contrary, these others that bend it with such modesty, are full of beautiful grains.
The wise and the good are humble: pride is proper to the ignorant and the bad.
