Who is Jesus?
A Savior, A Jewish man, God in the Flesh, Emmanuel,
He is Messiah and more specifically a King.
He was prophesied as a coming King.
At his birth, the angels, shepherds worshiped the newborn king.
Later the wise men would come while Herod tried to kill this one who had been born the “King of the Jews.”
At his death, in order to mock him, they placed a crown upon His head, and a sign upon the cross saying, “Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews.”
In the book of Revelation, we see the one who returns and reigns upon the earth, Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Even in their earthly ministries, John the Baptist and Jesus both began preaching a message of repentance for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.

It is true that the Scriptures point out that the hearts of people will grow harder and darker in this world.

The Storm of King Jesus (vv.

God is not one who flies off the handle, but is a God of perfect Justice.

Though each believer will not know the day or the hour of His return, believers are to live with the expectation that He will return at some point.
And God has given the signs of the end, in order to keep believers watching the skies expectantly, for the return of their King.
