Recently while I was sharing the vision of this church with a new friend.
I said to him I was wondering how to implement it.

He said every tree starts with a seed.

A Consistent Prayer Life

We were dead, He made us alive
While we were dead, He connected us to Christ There we found life
Sin killed us, He made us alive, He forgave us first.

The Starting Point

It is said that races are won and lost at the starting point
Taking ground starts with an encounter
Moses's encounter would change his life.
How we start is important.

Just as Moses journey started with God, Our Journey must start with God
The Bible says that Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith.
An author
Writes the narrative - Beginning, Middle and Ending
Creates the story line
The author selects the characters, determine the plot and sets all of the circumstances.
The author knows the outcome.
Jesus is the finisher, the completer of our faith
He makes his work perfect in us.
Jesus is our destination, the finish line, the goal

The race has begun.
The Starting gun has fired.
We have left the mark
Now it is time to take ground.
We are children of the most High God.
We have been bought with a price.
We are not our own
Until we know who we are we will never take ground
We will not know who we are until we know who He is.
Now it is time to take ground
We are in a race to the finish line
We have got a good start
We are on the right path.
God has started something

Taking ground is not automatic.
It was a vision of privilege, God allowed it.
It was an unexpected part of the story.
God gave the promise and Abraham provided the feet.
God has made some promises to us.
Only those that's willing to step out of the stands, step into the starting blocks, and with every step keep moving toward the vision will have the privilege of taking Ground.
2017 can be a year of harvest if all of God's people begin to take ground.
We have been given a benefit of Taking Ground
Not everybody knows how to handle a benefit
A benefit is an opportunity
A benefit is a grace
A benefit is a that policy signed in Jesus blood naming you the beneficiary of his power.

God continues to want to use people that don't want to be used by him.
