The Righteous Judge

Psalm 6 ended with bold confidence that God indeed will punish all the enemies of the Lord’s Anointed. The theme of Psalm 7 is the necessity of God’s future and final judgment on such wicked. God’s people not only confess the truth of a coming Judgment Day, they also praise God for his judgment of the wicked.
