The Twenty-Four Elders Instructing Others to Praise the Lord, Revelation 19:4
Revelation 19:4
And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne saying, “Amen. Hallelujah!”
The Twenty-Four Elders are Representatives of the Resurrected Church, Revelation 4:4

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads.
Hallelujah is a Command to Praise, it is not Praise
Praise is the Fruit of Our Lips Confessing His Character, Hebrews 13:15
Hebrews 13:15
Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips confessing His name.
All of God’s Servants and the One’s Fearing Him Are Instructed to Give Praise, Revelation 19:5

Our God, The Almighty Has Begun to Reign, Revelation 19:6

Focus is on the Reign of Christ - He is our Lord God Almighty

This is at the Time He Request that the Father Gives Him the Nations, Psalm 2:8

And the very ends of the earth as Your possession.
Events Are Still Happening in the Third Heaven at This Time
At the Current Time Christ is Not Reigning - Satan is Ruling, Ephesians 2:2

The End of the World System and Satan’s Rule is About to Happen

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.
Wife (γυνή) - 1 Corinthians 7:13

The Wife of the Lamb is Clothed in Fine Linen, Revelation 19:8

Happy are the Ones Who Are Invited to the Marriage Feast, Revelation 19:9

And I saw the heaven open and behold a white horse and the one sitting upon Him, called faithful and true, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
Sitting Upon a White Horse
A sign of being victorious
Satan attempt to mimic this with peace at the beginning of the Tribulation period, Revelation 6:2

And behold, a white horse and the one sitting upon it having a bow and a victor’s crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and in order that he should conquer.
Used to indicate a condition that will be upon the earth. It will bring peace to the land of Palestine, which will impact the entire world.
There are no arrows indicated with the bow. Genesis 27:3 quiver and bow. The significance of this is that even though peace is being offered it has no real strength to it. Therefore, it will be a false peace.
Matthew 24:6 Israel will be at peace, not fighting wars. Although they will hear of rumors of wars. The rumors will be a sign to the Jews that trouble is coming. Matthew 24:8 The beginning of sorrows is referring to the time after peace is taken from the earth.
He Makes War in Righteousness

They see through everything

Rebuke for the Harlot - Catholicism
He has a multi-tiered Crown Upon His Head
Ruler of multiple nations and peoples
This is a diadem - crown of a king
He Has A Name the No One Knows
Not the Name of Jesus that was given to Him in His humiliation
A Name that all Will Bow To, Philippians 2:10
so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
