It was declared first by the Lord, -
declared - preached
by the Lord - Jesus. (1:2)

Witnesses confirmed it.

500 witnesses, (proofs of the bible)

Miracles testified to it.

Hebrews 2:4 ESV
4 while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.
while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts - The purpose of miracles was to verify the message.
Miracles discussion - which is why I we don’t see miracles frequently.
Luke 16:31 “31 He said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be convinced if someone should rise from the dead.’ ””
