Story Of Samson

He was born through a mother that had gone barren her entire marriage until an angel of the Lord appeared.
There were stipulations that was set in place for him by God.
He was a deliverer of Philistine Oppression (oppressed for 40 years because they were doing evil in the eyes of God for another time).
He had a personal vendetta with them because of his sexual excursions with three of their women. God allowed this to vex the Philistines almost as a way of telling them,” He did it and what are you going to do about it?” type of way for He knew that the strength of Him was upon Samson.
He had an appetite for exotic women which is what led him to his enslavement. Now these were the other women that were before Delilah.
Samson was warned by his parents of his brutish behavior before and Samson never listened.
Samson was even the more blessed the older he became from birth.
What is on you and in you was created to launch deliverance from anything bringing separation between God.
(Judges 13:5 )“You are, in fact, pregnant right now, carrying a son. No razor will touch his head—the boy will be God’s Nazirite from the moment of his birth. He will launch the deliverance from Philistine oppression.”
You were called and chosen to be set apart.
Judges 13:7 “but he told me, ‘You’re pregnant. You’re going to give birth to a son. Don’t drink any wine or beer and eat nothing ritually unclean. The boy will be God’s Nazirite from the moment of birth to the day of his death.’ ”
Those are led to lead you as counsel have sought God on how to help you along the way, until you are capable to handle it on your own by the grace of God.
Judges 13:8 “Manoah prayed to God: “Master, let the man of God you sent come to us again and teach us how to raise this boy who is to be born.”
We have to be careful of what we pursue, if it is really for us we won’t be so quick to commit to it nor easily discard it.
Judges 14:20 “Samson’s bride became the wife of the best man at his wedding.”
You have to be careful of receiving what you perceive to be a blessing from somebody, for it very well be an inheritance of their former burden.
The enemy desire to find out the secret behind your great strength.....
Judges 16:4-5 “Some time later he fell in love with a woman in the Valley of Sorek (Grapes). Her name was Delilah. The Philistine tyrants approached her and said, “Seduce him. Discover what’s behind his great strength and how we can tie him up and humble him. Each man’s company will give you a hundred shekels of silver.”” “Some time later he fell in love with a woman in the Valley of Sorek (Grapes). Her name was Delilah. The Philistine tyrants approached her and said, “Seduce him. Discover what’s behind his great strength and how we can tie him up and humble him. Each man’s company will give you a hundred shekels of silver.””
I have got to kill what is trying to kill what is on me and what is in me.
It can only try because the Promise on my life will always preserve me past this place and any other place that tries to take away my ability to see what God has for me.
The young man illustration with Autumn as my guide....
Eyes blindfolded
You never know where the help God is sending you will come from. This child was instrumental as the parents.
As the child guided him, he also was humbled enough for him to lead him to the right direction.
I have to trust my daughter in my blindspots when I have my sights in places that it shouldn’t be.
Why? because sight is never more important than vision. We have to be careful of what we are stuck on seeing.
One of the best things that could’ve ever happened to Samson was for him to lose his sight. Why? Because now he was able to see what always mattered, GLORIFYING GOD!
I know what it looks like, but what was the Promise that God gave you? That is what we have to hold on to.
We have to Push past what we see, so that we can reap the rewards of the vision given by God.
We all need a push and sometimes that push may come in the form of what we least expect. That child was the very push that he needed. It was his ability to see where he needed to be so that at the right time the world would see the vision that was seen by God before Samson was born.
Sight is not more important than vision, vision is way more critical that sight.
I have to PUSH PAST the feeling of what I have gone through in life, yes it happened, but what I have gone through is never greater than the Promise that is on my life.
He killed 1030 Philistines before killing the 3000 at the coliseum.
