What is repentance?

Greek word- Metanoia To think differently afterwards” or “Changing your mind after being with”
Turning from going your own way to going Gods way
Not just a feeling
changing of mindsets not just from sin, but from the old covenant to the new.
He wants to take us from a get to a got mentality
2 peter 1:3 “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence,”
knowing His goodness draws us to repentance
Romans 2:4 NKJV
Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
1 John 4:18 NKJV
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
Mark 1:15 NIV
“The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”
Have Faith in the goodness of God today! He is enough, He made the way, the Blood paid it all!!!
