That's right, I'll just go back and sit down and and listen to some good music.
Thank you all for that.
Everything the service and so far and all the singing, we appreciate that.
That's good saying something about good singing Before You Preach, you know what I'm saying, it just sets the tone for everything that in it, it really does.
And Well, Bible says, this is the day that the Lord has made.
We will lot and be what in it, we will be glad in it.
Well how about this?
Well, I guess it was about this time a little bit earlier Friday.
I said that to myself that we are rejoicing because of what the Supreme Court decision that they came down with and it changed about 50 years.
I guess if you if you just wanted to be plain and simple, 50 years of murder is what it did.
That's what it change.
Now course, states can still Do what they want to do.
California has already said that we're going to be a an abortion Sanctuary state.
Are you go to California and they can't provide housing for the people homeless people?
All over the streets can't provide care for people.
Can't provide lights for people but yet they're ready to say but you can come here and have an abortion and that's something.
They can't take care of, you can't help you economically or spiritually.
But I tell you what, you, come out here and live and you can have an abortion boy, wouldn't that be a great thing to do to go live out there?
Just so we can have an abortion in that.
Something, this doesn't change everything but it was a win for Christianity and it was a win for God on Friday at.
Absolutely.
He was in and I'll tell you someone else that was in it and not just someone but people there's been people for the last 50 years that's been fighting for this.
I heard a preacher another day, say that the day that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Roe in 1973 that he came home and his mother was at the kitchen table with a friend and said that they were talking about it and wondering what they could do to help change this.
He said and my mother died about 15 years ago, he said so she never you know, saw it change the course but he said she's probably smiling in heaven, you know today.
And one other thing, let me say this before we get into our message, one of the things I noticed when it came down, you know you you see a lot of Christian leaders who who would comment on it?
But I heard very few Christian people.
But I know comment on it.
On Facebook, very few like your friends, very few people commented on it.
and I talked to a lot of people over the years and there's a lot of people who identify as being a Christian, Who is pro-abortion?
Now when I look at that you say what kind of Christian be can a person?
Be a Christian still be Pro abortion?
Well if you're Christian, you've accepted Christ so if you've accepted Christ as your Christian
But I'm a Christian that is pro-abortion.
To me and this is my opinion, but I believe it's biblical.
Is a person.
Who needs to be able to cultivate a Biblical Christian worldview that that person does not have a Biblical Christian worldview and something else they need is they need to get in a church that will teach them.
The biblical Theology of life.
Of what God says about life.
And if not, you just have a very shallow understanding.
Of what Christianity really is.
But we thank God for the ruling by the Supreme Court, and it's still going to be tough, still have battles to fight, but there's people who have given their lives to fight this, and we ought to thank them for it because 50 years later, we see the fruit of it.
Amen.
All right.
Well today we're going to talk about, you know, our our prayer 90 Day prayer challenge.
God give me your W for the Lost heart for the loss was I Was preparing this message today and this is the title of our message that's coming from Luke 15.
So if you have your Bible, go ahead and turn their Luke 15 seeing the World Through The Eyes of Christ.
And so as I was studying this and when I finished I thought to myself, not only should we pray and be praying, Lord, give me your heart for the loss.
We out to also be praying, Lord.
Give Me Your Eyes For The Lost.
Help us to see this world.
This culture lost people like you see them help us to see them Through The Eyes of Christ.
So if you'll look at the back of your bulletin, you'll notice that we have a very long outline this morning and you going to say, okay it's going to be 12:30.
So here's what I want you to do, I'm going to get through this and it won't be 12:30 but you need to buckle up your Pew belts right now because I'm going to start and I want to go fast.
But this is really, really good teaching right here.
I mean, I couldn't hardly help from hollering and yelling myself when I was discovering some of these truths.
So we turn to Luke chapter 15 and we're not going to read all that because that's about 32 versus But let me just tell you what, this is, Luke chapter 15.
Is the parable of the one lost sheep.
You know, that Parable we studied it here before.
If it's actually one Parable, but people call it three Parables, they say the lost sheep, the Lost corn coin and the lost son.
It's actually one Parable with three sections.
So with the first section, we going to look at is the lost sheep.
Then we're going to look at the Lost coin and then we're going to look at the Lost Sun and what I want you to think as we're going through this is this scripture gives us a to Nature's the nature of mankind but also the nature of God, we see that in these three short stories here.
So let's get right to the heart of it.
Why did Jesus, why did he teach me this terrible here to the people?
Look at it and verses 1 and 2 of chapter 15.
Then all the tax collectors in the center's, Drew near to him, to hear him.
And the Pharisees and scribes.
What did they do?
Complain.
Complain saying this man receives centers and eats with them, you know that there's churches church members in churches that complain when somebody comes the church.
That's not saved or somebody come to church this, maybe not the same ethnicity than they are what we going to do about that and how we going to stop this.
I was out, I was a member of a church once they had a bus Ministry and they go out and get children and some white.
Someone will black if someone were Hispanic and people at the church didn't like it.
Because this church was going out trying to reach centers of all color.
And the people in the church didn't like it.
Well, the Pharisee saw Jesus sitting down eating with Sinners.
Just think of it like that.
He was having a meal with a lost person.
He wouldn't with the church people.
He was with lost people and he was having a meal.
The Pharisees saw that.
And they started complaining and criticizing him because what he was doing, it doesn't take much size to criticize.
Does, it doesn't take much size to criticize, and a lot of people thinks that criticism may be their spiritual gift.
I was talking to a pastor one time and he was telling me the story.
He said, he knew a pastor that Pastor to church about 125 people and he said the Pastor told him, he said, every single one of them, he says, all they do is criticize.
He said, now, you would think you would have some he said every one of them would criticize all the time.
He said, finally, at the end of my sermons he said I just started calling on the deacon.
He was a brother Bob could you please stand and closes in the word of criticism?
He said because that's what they did.
He didn't ask him to pray.
He just told me the word criticism well look at it.
Look at it in verse for here of chapter 15.
What man of you having 100 sheet if he loses one in them does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one which is lost until he finds it.
Look at verse 8 or what woman, having ten silver coins if she loses one coin does not light a lamp and sweep the house and searched carefully until she finds it and then look at verses 11 through 13.
Then he said a certain man had two sons and the younger them said to his father, father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me, so he divided to them his livelihood.
And not many days after the younger son gather, all together journey to a far country and they're wasted his possessions with prodigal.
Living.
But here's what I want to do, I want to give you the three characteristics.
Of a man or a woman boy or girl.
Who is without God, this is the nature of mankind.
