The word interpreted “was finished” gives the idea of being “complete, and sound.”
Not did Jesus completely fulfill the law while He walked this earth. He Finished the work the Father had sent Him to do.

Social Pressure
Being pressured into doing something they normally would not. These Jews are on a course that will sabotage their future. The defense for social pressure is found in the ability to identify it and counter it with the truth.
