This is a Visible Mark - Engraved, inscription, or branded formed by Humans, Acts 17:29

These are Ones Who Never Received the Truth, 2 Thessalonians 2:10
and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.
God Will Permit Them to be Thoroughly Deceived So they will Face Judgment, 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false,
in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.
They will be Tormented in the Presence of the Holy Angels and the Lamb
They will reside in the lake of fire with the Beast and the False Prophet, Revelation 19:20
And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone.
The lake of Fire is the Final Place of Judgment, Revelation 20:14
