Draw Near

Come boldly because of what Christ has done:
We have boldness to come near because of the blood of Christ. His blood has given us:
Eternal Redemption from the curse of sin Hebrews 9:11-14 “12 he entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption.”
Effectual Release from the power of sin (you are sanctified). Hebrews 9:16-28 “22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. 23 Thus it was necessary for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these rites, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ has entered”
The veil of the old Temple system was torn in two. Now we approach through the “veil” of His flesh. He is our High Priest.
Come Assuredly to the throne for grace in time of need.
Satan will try to make believers fearful when we should be bold and unbelievers bold when they should be fearful (it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God), but we are His children. You have been washed and cleansed.
Your conscience has been washed and cleansed by the blood of the lamb. You are now qualified to be a priest ministering before the Lord.
John16:23-24 “In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”
Blessed Assurance, Jesus is mine! Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine! Heir of Salvation, purchase of God, Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood!

Hold Fast

To your Confession:
Christ is the Gospel. 1 Cor 15:3-5 “3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.”
Our confession is based on the sure promise of God. He began the work and will complete it.
1 Thess 5:23-24 “23 Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.”
Phil 1:6 “6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.”
Hold fast to the sure promises of God.

Stir Up

Consider one another. There is something that encourages your soul when we seek to bless others.
Gather with one another. During hard times you need to meet with other believers more, not less!
Encourage one another.
