Not only did Christ display living for the glory of God by loving the disciples, but also that doing so would cost Him His life. As the disciples faithfully love as Christ loved them, it will be evident in their lives, and it would cost them their lives. We too must be willing to not just live for the glory of God, but be willing to lay down our very lives in doing so.
