Holy: Love & Holiness

If Christianity is seen as a dichotomy between love and holiness, we missed them both. The Bible frames holiness within God’s love in us for one another and his world. The world he loves. His love saves us, sends his word and his spirit to baptize us in his holiness, and unifies us to his divine life with one another. Love is how his holiness fills the earth like the waters fill the sea. Love, above all, is what we should “put on” to harmonize our redeemed hearts with our everyday actions.
