Ancient Jewish tradition has something for us to reclaim and consider for the 21st century.

Before children could walk, they received blessings from their parents on the Sabbath and other holy days.

James 3:5-6

Likewise the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts.

Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.
