We Are the Elect of God
Putting On Affections of Pity, Kindness, Humility, and Objectivity of Mind
This is Who We Are in Christ
As The Elect, Colossians 3:12-13

Therefore, put on, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, affection of pity, kindness, humility, objectivity of mind, longsuffering, enduring one another and being gracious towards yourselves. If perhaps anyone has complaint towards another, just as the Lord was gracious to you thus also you [be gracious].

bearing with one another, and forgiving (χαριζόμενοι) each other ( ἑαυτοῖς), whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave (ἐχαρίσατο) you, so also should you.
Not Forgiving, but Having an Attitude Whereby You Give a Benefit Without Consideration of Merit
It is directed at yourself
Being kind to one another and gracious to yourselves, Ephesians 4:32

Peace of God is not having a Ruffled Mind

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.
It is not a peace from the world (The world does not know the way of peace), Romans 3:17
And the path of peace they have not known.”
The Truth Christ Revealed to the Disciples of the New Relationship is So that We Have Peace, John 16:33
“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”
Peace Comes from Framing Our Minds on the Things of the Spirit, Romans 8:6
For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,
The Kingdom of God is not about food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy, Romans 14:17
for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Our God is not of Confusion, but Peace, 1 Corinthians 14:33
for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
This Peace is an Aspect of the Fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22

It is a Peace that Surpasses the Mind, Philippians 4:7

In Contrast to Those Who Umpire Against Us, Colossians 2:18

Human Umpiring is Against Us - Focusing on the “No”
God’s Peace Umpires by giving us an unruffled mind that focuses on the “Yes”

When Those in Authority in the Church are Treated Differently From Others There is No Equality in the Body

My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism.
For if a man comes into your assembly with a gold ring and dressed in fine clothes, and there also comes in a poor man in dirty clothes,
and you pay special attention to the one who is wearing the fine clothes, and say, “You sit here in a good place,” and you say to the poor man, “You stand over there, or sit down by my footstool,”
have you not made distinctions among yourselves, and become judges with evil motives?
Listen, my beloved brethren: did not God choose the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?
But you have dishonored the poor man. Is it not the rich who oppress you and personally drag you into court?
In Christ We Are No Longer Condemned, Romans 8:1

In Christ there is no Social, Ethical or Sexual Distinctions, 1 Corinthians 12:13

This Does Not Take Away from Proper Placement Within the Body, Such as the Positions of Pastor and Deacons are only Male
This has to do with the health of the body
Eve was thoroughly deceived, not Adam, 1 Timothy 2:14
And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
The Woman is Not Permitted to Usurp Authority of the Man, 1 Timothy 2:12
But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet.
Satan seeks to deceive us as Eve was to lead us away from the simplicity that is in Christ, 2 Corinthians 11:3

But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived (ἐξηπάτησεν) Eve by his craftiness, your minds ( νοήματα) will be led astray from the simplicity (ἁπλότητος) and purity ( ἁγνότητος), the one in the Christ (εἰς τὸν Χριστόν).

Love Seeks the Best for the One Loved
Knowing what Love is, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant,
does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered,
does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;
bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away.
The love is longsuffering
The love is kind
The love is not jealous
The love does not speak arrogantly
The love is not puffed up
The love does not act unbecoming
The love does not seek its own
The love does not provoke
The love does not reckon to someone wrong (that which lacks in character)
The love does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but in truth
The love protects all (Guards secretes)
The love believes all (Take a person at their word)
The love bears all (Holds up)
The love never fails (does not fall)
Putting These Things On

Our Commandment, John 13:34
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
We Love God by Loving the Brethren, 1 John 4:20
If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.
Do Not Use This Love for the World, 1 John 2:15
Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
For Those Outside the Church We Do Good. Galatians 6:10
So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
Having a Good Reputation from Those Outside the Church, 1 Timothy 3:7
And he must have a good reputation with those outside the church, so that he will not fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
