Breakthrough Defined: A breakthrough is a sudden advance especially in knowledge or technique.

We only fail when we quit

The idea of a breakthrough suggests a preceding struggle that finally peaks and finds resolution.

An act or instance of moving through or beyond and obstacle or barrier.

Four Breakthrough Areas

1. Physical breakthrough

2. Breakthrough in our emotions

3. Breakthrough mentally
