Celebration Sunday

Celebration comes so naturally to us because we were created to rejoice

Romans 9:23 KJV 1900

23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

We were made to enjoy the glory of God

Inside of the church we can see the manifold wisdom of God

We always are grateful for guests. But as we think about Sunday we should think of helping one another rejoice.

How they celebrated? They gathered. They ate a meal.

Luke 15:23-24 “23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: 24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.”

There are that it is “meet that we should make merry”

Luke 15:32 “32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.”
