I have a lot of stuff to do, so I can.

Schedule for a walk today.

so,

thank you, Janelle to

Give them both another hand. That's just

It's, it's always something amazing when someone risk something that they've treated or God has created through them. However, you want to say that.

You can preach for a while and then it could be comes easy, cuz you do it all the time and just like that, whatever, you know. I've learned for me. I just do it. I I didn't say God give me your words for your people and I could really care less if any of you enjoy it as long as I do. It's okay.

I remember the first time I moved from that side of the stage to that side of the stage, the first time, I've hit pick the songs instead. It's just saying the song that it's a big deal. It is a big deal. And so encouraged Janelle. And risking something you created, give Dave a pat-on-the-back back to before you go and, you know, socially safe distance, whatever that means. But

It's awesome. It's awesome with God. Continues to do.

We have a lot of weird stuff happening in the world today.

You know, you can Russia is trying to unload live, Ukraine. There are refugees at the border not allowed to cross because they don't have the right passport, or maybe they are the right color.

We have. Everybody. But Putin trying not to cause World War 3.

And that's all over there.

I mean, we have people, I don't know who tried to break into the church this weekend, but they need the doors and it we got the football. God bless them. What's literally God bless him. You can't tag a church without Holy Spirit. Having you know, you can come by Target. So pray him into the. I'm seeing him. I don't know. How many women would me the front door stupidly a guy thing. But whoever it was. Holy Spirit. Can bring them to himself.

But we've also, we've all we know people who over the past two years relationships have struggled and falling apart.

There has been Financial issues with because you can't work or different things have. Come up with a price of gas is ridiculous. The price of grocery noticeable.

And People's Health over the last year. I I I don't know another season where I personally known as many people as I know now with cancer. and with every other, Long-term sickness that so many people are dealing with each year. Each of us are in our own situation. Each of us have our own. Only things to go through.

But I want you to remember. Some truths from the Bible and if you're taking notes, these are in the notes right now. I want you to never forget that, you are a child of the king.

You are a friend of God.

You have the spirit of wisdom and counsel to help you.

You taking notes were flying. So you have the kingdom of God around you and growing within you.

You have the same power that raised Christ. Jesus from the Dead Alive in you.

You can't control what happens to you, but you can control how you respond to. What happens to you.

And you don't do this on your own strength or ability. You to this with the same power, that raised Christ, Jesus from the dead that's alive in you.

You don't. It's not about having a stiff, upper lip and ignoring the realities of the world that were in. It's not about just Putting on glasses and saying, oh, I'm just going to do my own thing and be in my own world know, that's never ever. Ever helped anybody anywhere.

What we need to do is face the brutal reality that were in. And allow Holy Spirit to transform Us in it and threw up through it. Cuz he's going to use whatever he can use to make you more and more like Jesus.

He's going to use whatever. You need to deal with to turn around for good.

Since 2006, I've been helping people ask for negativity. It actually it started. We were attending another church in town and somebody came up to me one Sunday morning. And she said that there was she saw this giant wave approaching the city of negativity that was going to crash down and all the church histon. I got to laugh at her and said, go talk to the pastor. I need this. But then during the service, God spoke to me and he spoke. He spoke the word, negativity fast and I had never heard that word before, and I looked it up and the thing that ticked me off when I looked it up. There was no Christian organization that ranked on Google for negativity fast. And that ticked me off and something rose up in me. I went to the pastor at the break and I said, listen, she, our friends was, was talking to him and I said, listen, what if we did a negativity fast, I can write up. 40 days of devotional. At the time. I'll write them all up. We'll set up an email list of people can subscribe and we'll get get it out. And in about two weeks, I wrote for the emails and we got it up and got it going. And over since 2006. We had over 10,000 people, get those emails. We've had a vicar in England, create a program for to take his church through. We've had the youth leaders, use the material to take their church or take their youth through the material.

We done. It kind of morphed into doing it over lent because lent, lent is a good time. It's, you say it's 40 days. It's not really for you days. Like you said. It's more because you don't go in that if you're doing lunch because and I don't know the reason cuz that's not my background and I can't remember. I think it's you're always supposed to be happy on Sunday or you're always supposed to be depressed on Sunday. I can't remember what it is. But but anyway, this year I have I written 47 of update to set up seven more emails and so the devotionals but I'm not doing it as a devotional. I'm doing it as a course. And so that means if you don't get the 15, it's in the course. You can just go to the course and get the 15. You can print it off, you can do whatever. And what I've done this year as well as I've written out, 47 Reflections and what a reflection is its scripture personalized. So it's the truth from scripture that I personalize and then there's a question to help you put those truths of scripture, make it applicable to your life. And I decided after words that I'm going to live cast those everyday. So I'm on day 5 today, I broadcast at 8:30 every morning and it's like a 1-minute thing and then I log in my podcast it. So I did a block today. I did a podcast today. I sent it out to 48 different blogs. I've got it. It's it's in the same what we're doing. But anyway, if you want to join you can join, you can join anytime you start and it's day 1, the day you start and you get all of this material and I'll talk more about that as we go on. But the negativity fast is is really it's understanding how you can control. Your response to the negativity. All around you. You can't control. What happens to you? You can influence the environment, you're in. You can influence. The people that see you and you can definitely control how you respond. Can we pray and we'll get into this today? Heavenly father? I want to thank you so much that you are God. I want to thank you that you have not told us to do anything that you have not equipped us to do and empowered us to accomplish. And Lord God. I'm free right now that there would be a spirit of Faith arise in people to say that that impossible situation can't. I can't deal with it any other way? Lord, I pray that Faith with a ride to say, know I can trust God in every situation, I can have his peace, I can have his own, I can have his joy in every situation, and in all times, and in every situation in Jesus name. Amen. Amman. So,

in the notes, it's like produces like But I am going to skip all of that today. Anyway, yeah, if you want to join rough trip. Link / fast, you can join that anytime. what I've done differently, this year is Well, let's start with John, John chapter 15, and this is been talked about, in a different way. A couple times today. John chapter 15 starting at verse board, says, remain in me and I will remain in you for a branch cannot produce fruit. If it's severed from the vine. You cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

I have taught people. I've done to several churches to, to preach on how to fast from negativity. And I always go to Psalm 73 because it is a song that just shows us every step. It is real, it is raw and we're going through it today. The difference just for you guys today is I've come up with an acronym, guess what? It is. Romaine. If you remain in me and my words remain in you. If you remain in me and my words remain in, you, you cannot be proved fruitful unless you remain in the Vine. So we are going to look at how we can remain in Christ and and fast for negativity. Okay? That's actually better title actually used. So some 7302 remain. If you're taking notes, go back to the other side. I got remain up there. Don't? I? Yeah, remind means to remember the good, it means to engage your identity. It means to mark your words. It means to act like Jesus. It means to ignite change around you and it means a notice, God and everything. Where do I get the song 73, but if you're reading notes that your Chichi right there.

Psalm 73. Remember the good. First three verses. His truly God is good to Israel. For those whose hearts are pure. But as for me, I almost lost my footing, my feet were slipping and I was almost gone for. I m p. The proud when I saw them Prosper, despite their wickedness.

How do you fast from negativity? It starts by remembering the good?

You what what you can control is your focus. It isn't putting on Rose Colored Glasses. It seen God at work in all things. It's being willing to say God. I don't know how you're working in this, but I'm trusting you that you're working out for the good. It's saying okay God. I don't I I'm going to hold my role here is to hear what you're saying and Obey what you say? Okay, it's not whining is not it's allowable. It's not really profitable.

Found over the years of biggest struggle. People have with overcoming negativity is believing. That you have a choice to be positive.

You know, I think when it whenever I talk about being positive people just assume you're slapping a happy smile on your face and you're just ignoring everything, cuz we've all seen people do that. We've all probably have done that ourselves. That's not what I'm talkin about. I'm talking about.

Control thing what you think about? Because Jesus said in Matthew 12:34, he said from the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

And you don't fast from negativity to say I'm just I'm going to fast from negativity. It's like no I'm going to fill myself with positivity. I'm going to fill myself with what is good and right and true and Noble and honorable and a good report. I'm going to think on those things. You can do that in any situation. Gratitude is a huge game changer here. What you can choose that you were told to be thankful in all circumstances. I've already talked to you. It's not, it does say for all circumstances, but that's in response to what God has done. We can do that on our own, we can meet up, we can be thankful for it in Ozark of stances. So what are you and what can you be thankful for?

Man, I got stuck in the arm. Parking lot yesterday or the day before?

like, I moved to the condo because they clean my My driveway in my walkway and it was clean. I didn't really think about all the snow that fell. I just drove back and I got stuck so that automatically canceled one appointment and another one with that. I had back-to-back. I had to switch out then it was like, what are you like what? And I'm I'm talking on the phone to cancel the first appointment. I am spinning my wheels and the neighbor that I don't know. Came up and started shuffling for me and it was like that. I was so nice and I didn't even catch his name. I think I know what else you went into. I'm not quite sure. I'm going to have to knock on both doors with cookies to say thank you. And I don't know, I might get any way, but there is always something to be thankful for. Always something to be thankful for.

We reap what we sow. Principal with our our life, Philippians 4, 8 and 9. Now your brothers and sisters. One final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true and honorable, write a love me in a purple. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of Praise. Keep putting into practice, all that you've learned and receive from me everything you've heard and saw me doing and the God of Peace will be with you. I don't know if you caught that. It just not thinking the right things. It's doing the right things. We have to not just think we need to do. And then our emotions going to have peace.

You caught that. Yeah, that's the whole heart. Right? Your heart is your decision, your emotions, and your actions, your actions and your emotions.

Question for us is where you choose to think on. What is true and right. And Noble will look for the good in whatever situation you're facing. Whatever news comes your way.

I can help God will help you. God will help you to change the way you think and change what you focus on. But it's your choice just to make to choose to think on those things.

To remain. We need to remember the good, we need to engage your identity. Look at what the Somas almost lost it here. In Psalm 373, starting at verse 4.

Yeah, he's talking about the wicked. You said they seem to have such painless lives. Their bodies are so healthy and strong. They don't have troubles like other people. There not plagued with problems like everyone else. They were Pride like a jeweled necklace include themselves for the cruelty. These fat cats have everything their heart could wish for they scoff and speak only evil in their pride, they seek to crush others. They post sounds like a Russian oligarch. They boast against the very heavens. There weren't struck through the Earth. And so the people are just amazing to use drinking in all the word. The other words. What does God know? They asked is the most high even know what's happening. Look at these, Wicked people as they enjoy life of ease while their riches X. Did I keep my heart pure for nothing? Did I keep myself innocent for no reason? I get nothing but trouble all day. Long morning and brings me pain. What did the psalmist lose himself in in just a few minutes? Okay, the storms give us a language. We can use. It's okay to pour your heart out to God like that. I want you to know. I want. You can completely cuz you can feel like that when you look around at all of what everyone else is doing, or what this person is doing her, that neighbor is doing her that church is doing or that what you can easily say. I am followed you God. I did everything. You told me to do and when I dance I repented and look, I'm still here, still doing this still not there.

We can't forget who God has called us to be. We can't forget our identity when we fast from negativity. We need to embrace who God has called us to be. And on our website on me and Mikey w, c. C. A i put a button that you click the identity in Christ that actually goes to my website because it was on our church website, but we lost it and I can't figure out why I actually know why but I don't know why it's on my side. Not that you're safe. Cuz we have the same host and I don't know why. But anyway, you can print off your personalized identity in Christ. You can put print off your personalized book of Ephesians and Ephesians. The whole book is so great on who you are. and so you can either print off a PDF or print them off and there's a stack of sheets to come out and

for tomorrow, if you got to do something with them, you need to meditate on them. You need to memorize them. You need to understand. This is how God sees you. Because when you get that perspective that you the songs we sang today that you are loved and he's a good good father, and he that's who you are. Come on.

When you get that perspective, it really doesn't matter. The junk you're going through. It changes. It changes see the problem. What we do is we we I think I'm seeing this later. I think I am.

I don't know where I say that. Anyway. You, you are.

Yeah, so so understand who you are and get it in. You just not here, but haven't workout. Have it work out in your life because it makes a difference if

You know your good, father loves you and taking care of you. And so you don't have to worry about the things that Food that you will people worry about. But you just

Flowers. Don't worry in the birds. Don't worry and you have a good father who loves you. So why should you worry?

You need that Revelation it, and it is a revelation from God. And even if you've had it in the past 25 years ago, you got if you had that. if you're, if you're not if you Should have peace and hope and joy at all times. And in every situation, if you don't get it. You get it at the foot of your father, you remain in him and him and you get back to where you lost it and find it again.

Going on in the song.

Oh, this is so good. Verse 15. The psalmist says, if I had spoken this way, remember how you speak? And he was pouring his heart out. He was saying they did everything. I did everything right? They did everything wrong. I'm here there. They're look what it says in 1st 15. If I had really spoken this way to others. I would have been a traitor to your people. So I tried to understand why the wicked Prosper, but what a difficult task that is. There's another translation, says if I would have spoken that I would have betrayed your children. The psalmist of Psalm 73 is a Psalm of asaph. We don't really know what that means. Isuf was the song leader, David song leader. And so it could be that he wrote that, it could be that somebody later on wrote it in the spirit of ASAP in the school of ASAP. We don't know really what it meant.

But we know it's somebody who the person who wrote it was somebody with influence. He was a leader in the congregation. He he was the one that people look to attend. My goodness.

We need to understand the power of our words for the people around us.

All of us need someone that we can vent to. Right. We need someone that we can pour out her heart to and and they're not going to judge us. They're not going to condemn us. We need that. I'm not seeing don't have that. I am saying. Really, Mark your words. Be careful what you're saying. And who you're saying it, too?

because, You can bring down the people. Pain around you quite easily.

When you pour out your complaint to people, why not check to see if it's okay. If you can pour out your complaint.

It is perfectly legitimate, the 40, your complaint to God, two-thirds of the Psalms or Psalms of lament. This is another song of the mat. It's one of them. It isn't it. This is a declaration. He said it to himself because we know in verse 15. He says if I had spoken last week, I would have betrayed your children. It is completely okay before God in private to share your heart to him. And I think it's essential for us as human beings to have somebody walking with you that you can trust to pour out your heart and your emotion at that time.

Be careful because if that if you speak with us, you can bring other people down really easily.

God isn't interested in us wearing masks in the the the Greek word for actor was Hippocrates. One who wears a mask. That's the word. We got hypocrite for somebody who wears a mask.

He isn't interested in that we can pour out our hearts to him. Who else? We pour our hearts out to, we need to make sure?

When did it safe for them? Into that? They're all right with it and even, alright with it at that moment. It's perfectly legitimate to say. I can I tell you how I really feel like? And then be okay if they say about tomorrow.

Life and death is in the power of the tongue.

Life and death is in the power of the tongue.

Ephesians 4:29 in the Amplified version that says let no foul or polluting language or evil word, or unwholesome or worthless, stock ever come out of your mouth. But only speech as it is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others as it is fitting to the needs of the occasion. That it might be a blessing and give Grace to God, God's favor to those who hear it. The New Living Translation makes a little bit simpler. It says don't use Fowler abusive language that everything you say be helpful so that your words will be encouragement and those who hear it. However, you want to say watch what comes out of your mouth. Watch your words, Mark your words.

You change the atmosphere of a room that you're in. We all know people, their smile brightens up the entire Place. Yeah, you're that person, too.

It just as easily we can come in and be hypercritical and Hyper judgemental and we can just really you feel the temperature. Just go. Oh my goodness.

A friend would stop that person and say listen you want to talk what's going on? I sense there's something that you need help with.

Most of us we just ignore it and feel terrible and Go pass it on to somebody else.

Don't do that.

We're responsible for our tongues. You need to decide how you're going to use it. It's a decision of your will.

How do you speak words that only build up in our encouragement to others? There's another acronym. So you so Essence shine. You got to shine. Yeah, we shine his light but Jesus told you to shine. He said, you are the light. He said, I'm the light of the world. He said you're the light of the world. That should scare the snot out of you right there. Oh, you open up the why of what they say? Oh. What was I thinking? You're this is, this is when somebody comes to you and is just Really negative. Really judgmental, really in your face. You open up. Why are they saying it? Like, people do that? Because there's a wound in them. They're responding to a wound in them. If you can see that room, you can minister to that. Like their sense of justice got violated, okay. That's the third one. Welcome but gold the god season that because what is it? Like God loves the gold that that Justice in them? And if you can speak to God, loving that, just disregard loving that, that thing, that was offended. It defuses the situation in an instant and it actually brings healing to that person when they can see that God loves this thing about them.

And he does, you really does.

You can change the atmosphere of the place just by bringing God into that conversation.

Will you speak only words of life?

So we remember the good, we engage your identity. We Mark your words and then age, you act like Jesus Psalm 73 17.

Thomas says, then I went into your Sanctuary. Oh God, and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked. Truly you put them on a slippery. Slope. You send them over a cliff to destruction in an instant. They are destroyed completely Swept Away by terrors. When you arise, oh Lord, you will laugh at their silly ideas as a person laughs at dreams in the morning.

The song is saw that we reap what we sow. They're going to these people that he was in being are going to reap what they sow.

And it happened.

I don't know what to say. That it happened when he went and worshipped. you see, we

worship is we we we magnify. God.

How do you magnify got you two can't magnify God. God is God. We don't magnify but you know our estimation we make God bigger. That's what that means, how we see God and God suddenly becomes. More wonderful. Then our problem.

Enter problem. The more God becomes overwhelming, the less our problems are overwhelming. Get that.

Felician 6729, don't be misled. You cannot walk. The justice of God, you will always Harvest what you plant, those who lived only satisfy, the sinful nature will harvested k&f from that sinful nature. But those who live to please, our spirit will harvest everlasting life from that Spirit. That's not get. So tired of doing good than it. Right at the at the right time will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't get it. God is not a god of lists and rules fasting. From negativity is not yours. What you do? Here's what you don't. I've got those verses and you can research them in the notes if you want, but it's not about doing a checklist. It's about remaining in the vine. It's about abiding in him, and having his words abide in you. It's becoming more and more and more like Jesus, because you're intentionally getting rid of the, all the stuff that makes you laugh, like, Jesus all around you.

How do we get to it?

I read a while ago. I read Brad Pitt's testimony and I'm praying, is its story changed cuz I read this years ago. Brad Pitt was raised in a Christian home and went to church. And what happened to him, was he started to think about God wanting his worship and he couldn't. Understand why? Why would God need his worship? Your God needed his worship. Was he really? Like God was getting something out of this deal. So therefore a God could exist in his mind.

What nobody ever taught Brad Pitt and what all of us need to understand and what she needed needs to somehow understand. So let's pray. He gets it someday. Is it? Bible tells us we become like what we worship. Not that we become God if we worship God, but we become more like God as we worship God. You want to worship idols? You become like the idols. You want to worship whatever you want in this Society? Yeah. Well, I guess your reap. What you sow, right? Like that's exactly what happens in your life.

We need to understand that that. It's not okay, for us not to be the most positive person in the room.

It's not okay for us to, to coast in our Christianity. It's not okay, for us to hold that. We can finally meet together again. Yay. Jesus Christ, did not die on the cross for us to come together and look at the back of someone's head. I'm sorry.

He came. Somebody, you would have life and have it to the fool. Not only you, your friends, and your neighbors, and everyone else who's going through even darker times and you, because they don't have Jesus, and you don't notice the real garbage that they're going through.

When we start to spend time in the presence of God, and let him change us, because our perspective changes, we can begin to see the needs of the people around and realized that we can, we, we can't do much, we can do everything with Christ. We can't do much, but we can bring Jesus into that situation.

Good. Things are coming. Good things are happening. You just have to see them. We're skipping all that. Okay, I ignite. So remember the good engage that your identity. Mark the words you say act like Jesus. I ignite change around you. Verse 21. Then I realized I'm at my my heart was bitter. It was pouring his heart out to God and then he realized he was better. If you didn't think it was bitter at the start, but when he gets to this point in the presence of God, he realized he was better.

And I was torn up inside. I was so foolish and ignorant. I must have seemed like a senseless animal to you. Yet, I still belong to you. You hold me in your right hand. You guide me in your counsel. Leading me to a glorious destiny.

If Eastside ruthless. This is a 3000 year old poem. And he knew that God was okay with him messing up.

He knew that it wasn't like, oh, because I sacrificed all these animals to you. I'm now. Okay, in your present know, he knew it was simple confession. God. I I I was bitter. I'm sorry. And that's all it takes for God to show up and be with you. That's all it takes. Its confession and repentance.

God, will you show us? How we can be the light to the world around us? We've tried to be the light but the world is still in darkness. So we haven't been doing our job yet.

But we can.

We can.

You ignite change in the world around you. In your everyday world. When you ride on the bus, your conversation Sparks change your smile, even if you can't see it behind the mask, JC your eyes. I know when people are smiling, they change the atmosphere around you. It makes a difference when people are getting yelled at in the, in the grocery lines and you come in and just cheer them up and bless them without ever having to say, God bless you. You make a difference in the world around you and you need to make a difference in the world around you. This world needs you, it needs your lights.

You can change the environment instead of just being changed by it.

You do make a difference. Everywhere you go.

The storm has admitted his pain and how we reacted to God because of it. You can do the same.

God's big enough to understand. If you've been living offended at him. If you have have not chosen not to forgive others, you understand. If you have not chosen Joe, and instead gone with the public key. You understand. If you have thought, you know this world. If it's going to get worse before it gets better, because boy, it looks like it's going to get worse before it gets better. And he understands that. He understands, when you're worried about your family. You're worried about your friends are worried about health, or worried about finances or worried. He understands that, and he died for that.

He is, you can trust him in that.

Just make sense to me that we do this. As we prepare for Easter, okay. That's what lent is.

Will you change your environment?

The end of the song, it's almost every song of elements. There's two that I haven't that don't do this. But almost every other one does this. It turns it from the Lamont. It Go turned it to praise. And that's what we do. When we limit our own, we take our real emotions before, God, and we leave them out before him and then we choose to be thankful and we turn it around and we praise him instead or at least there's one that says I will yet. Praise you sometime in the future. At least we say it. It sometime Noel praise you again, but we picked out and return it to praise. He says, Here, starting the first 25 whom have I in heaven, but you I desire you more than anything on Earth. My health, May Fail and my spirit negro week, but God remains the strength of my heart. He is mine forever. Those who deserve him will perish for you to destroy those who you and pain, who abandoned you. But as for me how good it is to be near God. I made the Sovereign Lord, my shelter. I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you do.

When?

Every time you do a fast, like if you've never done a physical fast or if you've never liked, if you haven't trained yourself to do physical fast often, and you do a physical fast and you haven't done one for a while, like, let's say I'm going to fast supper.

I'm never hungry till 5 unless I'm fasting supper. Then I'm hungry at 12:01.

Are winning fast the next day. My whole my stomach is grumbling that whole night.

A fast from negativity has the same effect. It's a seam spiritual thing taking place. When you decide I'm going to fast from negativity. Let me tell you every livecast I've done, I've done the five daily ones that I did 14 days before, every single one of them had some technical issue and boy, they're just ridiculous. Like it's like seriously, it just stuff happens. It's it's I have I have had every opportunity to choose to be Negative. So, where are you? When you decide to fast from negativity, you will get every opportunity to choose the know. You do not react in a positive way to the situation that you're in. Beware of that. Understand, that's the enemy skiing if you can get distracted from it. Every time I posted a negative negativity fast, I will have people. Afford a 7. Emailing me telling me that they can't give up negativity right now.

It never had it. It always happens. It always happens. And I end and I try to encourage them. If you keep on it gets easier. It you begin to train yourself to think. God spots to do what God wants to see. God is in be thankful. And in the world around you that instead of looking at those opportunities, that looking at those obstacles that come up being the opposite of the opportunities in those obstacles, because I'll tell you every time there's an opportunity, every time an obstacle comes up. There's an opportunity to bring Jesus in. There's an opportunity. Make it make this about him. Not about you.

Oh, yeah.

So if you want to fast from negativity, you remain, you remain. You remember the good, you engage your identity, you mark your words, you act like Jesus. You would like change around you and you and was known as God in everything. That's I probably forgot to mention that. So, If you want, you can go to rev Dr. Link / fast and sign up for the 47. 146, I had another one that's 47 Daily Reflections in 47 daily devotionals. And we also have a community online. But honestly, it's best to do this with people, you know, and can connect with. So if it's somebody in church, or somebody in your family, or somebody in the in the, you know, that you pre with, that's across the way. You are, you're basically run your own negativity fast. You don't even need my material and how you do that. Yeah, cream is fast. You figure out how you're going to do it. Are you going to meet Bailey meet weekly meet periodically throughout what you going to talk about. How are you going to talk about it? How long is it going to be? Is it going to be over? Zoom? Is it going to be over Facebook? Is it just text messaging? Do you want to meet for coffee? You figure all that out, the a is you accentuate. The positive? So you think about what is good and true, gratitude, huge choose to be grateful ass is scrubble. The Nike - is doesn't mean like some of you ladies. It doesn't mean you can get rid of your husband. Okay, it doesn't mean that it means that it does mean, you can walk in the room and say this is now a negativity free zone, be quiet, unless you're speaking positive. I've had people do that and it doesn't change things over time. But struggled the negativity a lot. We've had people come through the, the I have the ritual send and that's what they tried to get over in the, in the 40 days are now 47 days and when they did it in community and they were held accountable in community and they found the grace in community. They were able to overcome that. She is, you trust others enough to do it together.

Information is only as good as the transformation that it helps facilitate. So it is all about transformation, becoming more and more and more like Jesus and reflecting less and less and less of the world around you. Can we pray?

Oh, heavenly father. I want to thank you for what you are doing in people's lives. Right. Now, I pray for anyone listening now or listening later. We think that they just can't give up negativity right now.

I pray. Lord that they would see that there's not.

It's not an option or a time for us.

But Lord out, they'd also see that any step of Faith. They do you Empower us to accomplish. So I pray that they would face with a rise in them and they would know that. Yeah, they can change the situation that they're in, or at least change how they react to the situation that they're in. Lord, we pray for this world that needs you and Lord. We recognize while this world needs you. The only thing that we can effect is how we respond in the people closest. So Lord, help us to be the light in the darkness and Lord understand that the darker than night. The brighter, our light will be Lord, I ask that there would be Story after story after Story of your goodness, and your greatness in you, in the lives of the people around. And Lord. I do. Pray, that Lord you would draw all people to yourself. And Lord, let us see. Be a part of that process so that we should know once again. How good good. You are father in your precious name. Amen.
