Luke 4:6

The devil promised Jesus the whole world could be His if He only bows down and worship that snake

6 And the devil said to Him, “I will give You all this domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 Therefore if You worship before me, it shall all be Yours.” 8 Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD AND SERVE HIM ONLY.’ ”

The Devil first gets our attention-Then, he will promise something - meanwhile telling us half truths - Finally, Satan goes for the jugular and offers the death blow

Revelation 13:16–17

And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

Be very alert, be ready-know your enemy!

Revelation 19:20

And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone.

There’s an old saying,”Keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer” It’s a wise thing to know what your enemy is up too. We are usually tricked or deceived, because we didn’t see it coming!

This study is to help us ‘see better’ the tricks of our enemy- Satan has a lot of practice in bringing the world to it’s knees. Although, He tried his diabolical schemes on Jesus- But as you know- Jesus was victorious! Jesus, shows us, The ‘how to’ in defeating the our enemy ‘The Serpent of old.” and his schemes

In Fact, Jesus set the bar- to new heights ‘how to’ in defeating, our enemy, by the ‘Word of God’ The Bible!

Satan use’s our weaknesses against us-like how he tried using Jesus’es weakness of being weary, hungry & tired after 40 days & 40 Nights of Fasting. You maybe saying, that’s not a real weakness, but here’s where your gravely mistaken. Hunger, weariness, and tiredness are probably the biggest of all the weakness’es. Yes, it’s here that we mostly give into our temptations. It’s here that Satan has his way with us. When we are too tired or too hungry etc. Here is where our self control is at it’s weakest

1 Cor 7:5

Satan waits for just the right times to strike, against our lack of self control, which become a greater risk when we are too tired, too Hungry or weary

5 Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

2 Cor 11:3

Self control is easier when we feel strong and up for the task---The Serpent is crafty, he led the whole world astray at just the right times - What sort of, be on guard, should we be in, as we wait Luke 4:6for the Second coming of Jesus Christ?

3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ

Eph 6:11

We need the full-not half or some, but full Armor of God to stand against the schemes of the Devil

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

Isa 14:12-17

Satan, also known as, The Morning Star, who- in his arrogance, set his sights on being like God-above God, only to be cast down to the earth! He is angry and vengeful, to say the lease -Satan has weaken the nations, the whole world --his prisoner, because he knows his time here is short

12 “How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth,You who have weakened the nations! 13 “But you said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north. 14 ‘I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.

’15 “Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol,To the recesses of the pit. 16 “Those who see you will gaze at you, They will ponder over you, saying, ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms, 17 Who made the world like a wilderness-and overthrew its cities, Who did not allow his prisoners to go home?’

As I reflect on these verse’s thus far, especially here in Isa 14:12-17 Satan has been given this world as his playground. He seems to be able to come and go as he please’s-for the most part. Like in Job 1,2 he has room to do as he please’s to a certain extent. God ultimately, has the last say, which today we Christians must keep at the fore front of our understanding about the things happening in our world today and that ultimately—God is and always was in control!

Furthermore, today, as we get to know- better our enemy- it will -clearly help us better see -Let’s say, as we watch on TV, the fake news- on their take, in reporting worldly events-bring Fear and Anxiety before our eyes and and our hearing

This, if you haven’t figured it out yet, is called, ‘Mass Hypnosis.’ when the Government and Media are working together for the sole purpose of change. This change, in what they believe to be what should be! Today, we hear the phase, ‘One World Order.’ The Tyranny of that phase was also used by Hitler and the Nazis. Their goal was to rid the world of Jews, and indoctrinate the world with it’s own beliefs. They did this though, ‘Mass Hypnosis.’ just like we are witnessing today through both the Governments and Media’s. They are using the will know system of brain washing! It goes something like this;

Fear & Anxiety

Isolation of Individuals

Authority figure [leader or Government] offers solution

Repetition of a constant, controlled message of why people should be anxious, coupled with the specific, particular message of the group narritive.

Censorship of any information or questioning of the ‘approved’ message.

Like Jesus fasting 40 days and 40 nights, so weaken that the enemy thought he could now deceived Jesus ‘GOD’ into handing over His Lordship-Huh, that didn’t work! - But, you better believe, Satan has only perfected his diabolical schemes in this world today! Resulting, the weak, the hungry and tire people of the world to follow those in power who ultimately are willing to worship Satan for the worldly benefits. Because, in the bible, as Christians, we know how the Devil works. Because, we Christians, read our bibles every day. Because, we Christian, know that if we loved the world it would love us as it’s own and also know the world would love of as its own. Because, we Christians, know that Satan use’s the things of the world to entice us into following him. Because, we Christian, already saw how the serpent dealt we Eve and with Job, David, Jesus etc. etc. etc. Because, we Christians, know that this world is passing away and will be no more. That those whose names are not written in the book of life---- will---- go to hell---- In fact---- anyone who receives the Mark of the beast, also will have their names removed from the Book of Life---and will join The Beast & The False Prophet, who deceived the whole world-which we Christians know, their all will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, followed by Satan and all those from at the great Judgment condemning all those who have not their names in this Book of Life and will in fact spend the rest of their existence in eternal Hell.

O-the sorrow this Serpent has cause on this earth and decay of death that comes to us all! Yet, blessed be the Name of the Lord for worthy are you to be Praised! Jesus, our salvation, to a new world of eternal blessing, because, we Christian have our names written in the Book of Life-Amen!

As I close this sermon, I want to close with more scripture that helps us better know our enemy!

2 Thess 2:9

Let it be known----The World is being prep for the coming Antichrist who will rule this world for Seven years. He will in fact show signs that no one has seen before. The bible tells us Satan will hand over his power to both the Beast and the False Prophet who will display powerful signs and wonders that even the elect could be deceived if that were possible-which could mean they aren't here to be deceived, because they were caught up-Raptured! We are told in Rev 3:10 “Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.”

We are told in 2 Thess 2:9

9 that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, 10 and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. 11 For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, 12 in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.

Don’t be that guy who turns away from the truth of God’s Holy Word, “The Bible”

Be on Alert, Satan is making His way, I Believe the signs are clear, into our Generation. Don’t don’t be deceived by that diabolical Serpent nor be afraid because of his schemes to get power and control, but fear Him who has the power to throw us into Hell! Luke 12:5
