Waiting Is Winning!

One of the greatest virtues I have known is Patience - Waiting can seem like losing - Waiting can cause you to become weary - When you trust God and know that He has already done the work, then you must wait on the manifestation in order to enter into The already Blessed Word
But we become impatient - The opposite of Patience - The complete antitheses of waiting - Why, because what we believe God should manifest now, is not manifesting as we think. . .
Jonah 4:1-2 (NKJV) 1  But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he became angry. 2  So he prayed to the LORD, and said, "Ah, LORD, was not this what I said when I was still in my country? Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish; for I know that You are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, One who relents from doing harm.
Patience - Active endurance of opposition, not a passive resignation. Patience and patient are used to translate several Hebrew and Greek words. Patience is endurance, steadfastness, long-suffering, and forbearance Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary.
James 1:2-7
As we stated Sunday - You have to allow yourself to be reminded of God’s Goodness - His Mercy!
God told Jonah, how are you going to have compassion on the plant that you did nothing for, I sent it to cover you, but you are angry because I want to save Whom I created?
The reason why our souls enter into a state of unrest, is because we desire to have our way and not realize that God is sovereign and we should be forever grateful for His everlasting Grace!
Just this morning, I was reminded by The Holy Spirit, of how grateful I should be because God did it for me!
It may not have came when I wanted it to come!
I may have had to wait for my time and turn!
But when I realize that because I learned patience, I was able to posses the promise!
I was able to take hold of Christ, Whom set me free to say so because He redeemed me!
The only Power that moves me Full Speed Ahead is The Holy Ghost Power!
Because if I would have just rested on my on thinking, my own way, I would have given up a long time ago!
Jonah was upset because he did not allow his patience to possess his soul, he was so confound by how he think God should handle Nineveh, he went into a pity party, pouting and sulking because it seemed as if God made him look false. . .
God won’t be tempted, nor will He allow you to be tempted above what you can escape!
Our Father desires for us to change our thinking!
He wants us to change our mind and realize that if we move out of the impatience and wait on Him to manifest, we will see His Glory revealed in a mighty way!
We will have possession!
The Children of Israel did not want to go in and possess the land because they were so impatient in their circumstances, they could not realize God had prepared the place for them to possess!
You cannot go full speed ahead trying to hold on to your baggage that God has already removed from you!
It will cause you to be weighed down with regret, shame and disdain, as well as a mindset that cannot comprehend the Power Of God is working while you wait!
Lord knows patience is one virtue I realize now, if I would have had many years ago, I would have done so many things differently.
But even though I know what I could have done, does not hinder me from continue on in spite of the mistakes I have made and the decisions that have made!
I cannot allow that to posses me, because I am overtaken by The Holy Spirit, Who teaches me to wait on Him so that I may be able to posses what God has already ordained for me to have!
Don’t get in a hurry - Proverbs 28:20 (NKJV) 20  A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.
