The Foreknowledge of God
Definition: God’s passive awareness of the future choices and actions of free individuals.
- He knows what we will choose and how we will respond, but he doesn’t make the choice for us
30:19 - I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse.
So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants
He leads them to the right choice, but some chose not to choose life.
Free will - you can choose whatever you want
But God already knows what you will choose so he orchestrates your life to fit your choice, but you don’t see it untill you have made your choice.
It boils down to this…God knew exactly what you needed before you knew it therefore God knew what you needed before he called.
He knew what:
Pastor you needed
Spouse you needed
Trials you needed
Thorn you needed
Molding you needed
Tell somebody he knows what you need
AND SPEAKING OF MOLDING
We are introduced to a people who are under pressure because of their greatness…
They are afflicted by those who are less powerful than.
Why because they were conquered in their mind…and if the enemy can get your mind he has your life.
But if you let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus you’ll realize you have dominion over every foe and enemy and you'll realize you’re stronger than you think.
They said let us deal wisely with them, in other words if we can outthink them we can control them, this is why you must be grounded in the word of God because when the enemy came to temp Jesus he didn’t have to search google, he didn’t have to make anything up all he had to do was use the word that was already in him, and you can cast down every imagination if you use the word, you can tear down every stronghold if you use the word, you can calm a storm if you use the word, you can heal the sick if you use the word, you can cast out devils if you use the word, tell somebody use the word.
The more they afflicted them, the more they grew and expanded, you think your pressure is punishment but it’s just a ingredient to help you grow, AND YOUR NOT JUST GROWING BUT YOURE GROWING OUT!!! Seed and fertilizer must be stepped on in order to get rooted, please throw dirt on my name, please throw dirt on my business, please throw dirt on my vision, because except a seed fall to the ground… tell somebody use the dirt…
