Two altars which God demands to be up kept constantly for daily use.
When we take a glance back into the old testament we see a clear picture of the altar of service and the altar of communion.
God commanded them to build these two altars.
The altar for burnt sacrifice
It was placed in the outer courtyard before the tabernacle.
Animal sacrifice was burned every morning and every evening.
A fire was always ready to receive the sacrifice.
The altar of incense
The other altar was placed inside the tabernacle in the Holy place.
This altar was for one purpose only.
Only incense could be offered here.
Only the exact kind of incense prescribed by God Himself could be offered.
Nothing else must ever be burned on that altar.
The bible account carries God’s warning to Isreal.
The purpose for both of these altars was distinct.
They could not be interchanged.
One altar stood outside.
The other altar stood inside.
Incense on this inside altar was burned every morning and evening and night.
It was just as necessary as the altar of burnt offerings.
The Truth
The physical body of every christian believer is the temple or tabernacle of the Holy Spirit, God personal manifestation to the world in this present world.
The same two altars are in every born again Christian life.
The altar of burnt offerings or the altar of my service to God.

These are my outward acts of testimony and
contribution upon earth.

We are unworthy unless we make such a daily
offering.

Our life must be continually used in His service.
2. There is another altar that must not be neglected, it
stands hidden behind the curtain.

Its is our daily offering of praise and prayer.

Our daily schedule of personal devotion.

Service without communion is never enough, the
one balance the other.
We do not have an outward duty to perform.
We have a service to render for Jesus who saved our soul from destruction.
We should want to please our God by showing forth to others a daily kind of living that will cause my neighbors to say “There goes a Christian”.
We must be honest in our money matters.
I must render to the Government what belong to the Government, and what belongs to God to God.
We must honor every debt incurred.
We must talk like Christian.
Our first concern must be for the prosperity and the advance of the Church.
Our life should not be a once a week, Sunday morning side issue, it should be our daily program that directs our lives.
God waits for that daily offering of incense
Its is easy to offer strange incense upon the altar, but God will not except a substitute.
Watch out for the enemy of your soul, He will allow you to fill your program so full that you will lose out on your quiet time.
We need to go back behind the curtain to the altar of incense.
All the service preform for God cannot take the plce waiting upon God.
