Regardless, I Must Keep Going

John 6:51–52 (NKJV) 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” 52 The Jews therefore quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?”
The Bible declares in Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
We know this familiar text, and we read a lot, but do we allow ourselves to become The Word?
These Disciples that were following Jesus because they saw what He could do, allowed their feelings to be more guiding than The Spirit of God!
Yes, I understand that The Holy Spirit had not come yet, but they have read Him, studied Him, and were taught about Him, but yet they missed Him because of their feelings!
We know the Gospel, we know Who is True, but how many times have you allowed how you feel to stop you from moving forward with the instructions God has given you?
The Bible says that we are to give cheerfully, but yet we give begrudgingly because we worry how we are going to pay this or that, but when you know Who your Source is, then it does not matter. . .
If you give begrudgingly, you may as well keep it, that is not how we honor God!
Begrudging is a feeling, and we miss God because of this feeling!
If these Disciples that were following Jesus; notice now, they were considered Disciples and Jesus did not even call them - He called the twelve, but He let those others follow - “Whomsoever will, let them come. . .”
Blind Bartemeus positioned himself to move Jesus into inhabiting his praise. . .Regardless of what the feelings of others implied, he resisted the enemy and kept praising Him!
Joel 3:10 (NKJV) 10  Beat your plowshares into swords And your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak say, 'I am strong.' "
In this season, you must be positioned to “cut down” the blessings that God has ripen for harvesting now!
God is not a magician - He is not going to drop it down out of the sky - He can, yes, but we must do what thus says The Lord, which pleases Him! Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
We know what Faith is - We have the substance, we know He can do it - We must seek those things He has already spoken, and rest in The Promise!
“We are too close not to get it. . .” Bishop Pressley
Zacchaeus was considered a sinner, and seemingly the people looked down on him due to his natural position, but I can see that he had an open heart to receive the Glory of God which prompted him to run full speed ahead because he heard that Jesus would be passing by!
Regardless of his statue, he did not allow his feelings to cause him to miss God - He did not allow the opportunity of visitation to go without him being in His Presence!
Too often we allow our feelings to cause us to miss the visitation - whether is legalism, physical, or mental; we must continue on regardless of our feelings because God is not a feeling, He is Spiritual and they that know Him, are Spiritual!
(The two men were walking and conversing about Jesus - He appeared and they did not realize. . . Luke 24:32)
They constrained Him - He could have gone farther - He sat at the table broke bread and gave it to them and their eyes were open ~ Don’t miss God because of your feelings!
John 6:67 - 68 Then Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?” But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.
God, I may not feel like going on, but because you have given me life this day; a life that is everlasting, I have no other choice but to continue on in you!
I trust you God! Regardless of my feelings - Regardless of what I see, I lean to you God!
My eyes have been opened, not my natural eyes, but my supernatural eyes; I can now see it before I say it and praise you for it before I receive it!
Judah was overtaken, but yet God stood in for them - Therefore God, you are still The Same as you were then, so my feelings won’t cause me to miss you!
I may be late for many things, I may miss some things, but you God, I will not miss! I refused to be moved by presumptions or any presumptive thoughts towards me, I know who I am and Who is Greater in me!
I won’t be dis-positioned because others position they have chosen; they were angry at you because you went into Zacchaeus’ house, but he positioned himself to receive you, regardless of what they thought about him, he repented. . . knowing that you are the Son of The Living God!
Therefore, going forward, my response may seem like it is short, or I don’t care, if you know me, you know I care, but I refuse to be in captivity because of what may have offended you; let the words fall where they may; I will no longer entertain those things that attempt to disturb my peace, Full Speed Ahead!
Because Jesus Christ has given us Life, and a blessed life! You may not feel as if you are blessed, but get pass your feelings and rest in knowing that you are blessed!
