The love of God that comes in the form of “God with us” has serious implications for the believer. It impacts how we see human loneliness, how the Bible describes the effects of sin, and more importantly what “God with us” looks like on a cross. These should compel us to incarnate “God with us” in real life, and subsequently recreate a new world where this “God with us” reality permeates every square inch of it.
