What “many will say… in that day”– 7:22
!! The Plea to the Lord Himself: “Lord, Lord”

The “many” that are turned away are religious people—They are the same many as Matthew 7:13

1.
They believe they should enter heaven for their deeds, this is holding to a form of godliness (2 Tim.

3.       They do the right things but do not do them from the heart (Ephesians 6:6).
