And as we look at chapter, 38, we are going to look at the purpose of scripture.
That's important for you.
And I to remember when we come to to God's word.
God had a purpose for giving us what he is giving us.
We're also going to see some insight insight into God's master plan insight into God's plan with Jacobs family, Israel.
As we look through this chapter.
There's also going to be some very obvious.
Blatant teaching.
On the dangers.

For the sons of Israel.
We're going to look at it and see some obvious dangers that that are in the world.

But I'm excited to look at that today's narrative.
And at the same time, I was very perplexed as to how to prevent chapter 38.
And and I really did a lot of head-scratching and and, and just thinking as we approach that I want to read the first 11 verses of this narrative there to kind of give you a setting for what is occurring in this chapter.
One of chapter 38, the Judah departed from his brothers and visited a certain all the mine whose name was Kyra.

Judah, marries a Canaanite woman.
Got it already talked to the family of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob about his desire, not to do this and the dangers that come with it.
