Eccl 5:1 “Guard your steps when you go to the house of God. To draw near to listen is better than to offer the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they are doing evil.”
"The will of God in a matter is more important that the matter itself"
Luke 22:42 (MLB) 42  “Father, if Thou art willing, remove this cup from Me; nevertheless, not My will but Thine be done.”
Luke 22:42 (AMP) 42  Saying, Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but [always] Yours be done.
The mystery and purpose will of God is the greatest secret that a christian can learn and come across. When the will of God is revealed to him or her all of creation will bend to and be subject to his will. The will of God concerning a matter is a secret weapon of all believing Christians. We should never rush into things such spiritual warfare or engage in any spiritual activity without the knowledge of God’s will before hand. We wage warfare or engage the supernatural with the knowledge of God’s will.
Ephesians 1:9 (AMP) 9  Making known to us the mystery (secret) of His will (of His plan, of His purpose). [And it is this:] In accordance with His good pleasure (His merciful intention) which He had previously purposed and set forth in Him,
We cannot do without the secret council of God's will in our daily lives. It is what he intends to do with our lives( our prayers, worship and devotion)  that makes the difference in our lives. We are and we become because of the secret of his intended will which is his heart purpose and plan for our lives.
The secret of God's will is what drives the great men of God as they are being led by the spirit of God propelled by the authority of his word over circumstances.
John 3:8 (AMP) 8  The wind blows (breathes) where it wills; and though you hear its sound, yet you neither know where it comes from nor where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.
For us to experience spiritual efficiency and have our prayer expedited quickly we need to learn the spiritual principles  and rules that govern our approach to and before God.
We need to learn to know and understand that it is the will of God in matter that matters the most. it is what he wants to do about your situation and not your intention. It is the will of God that matters.
The express intention of God regarding our story is more important than our circumstance and difficulties. It is the intended purpose of God we should pursue irrespective of our feeling and inclination concerning a matter. We must achieve his intended purpose and pursue in disregard of conditions.
Just as the Lord committed to God's intended purpose we also must purpose within ourselves to do the will of irrespective of our personal condition. When we do this we release the power of God into our present world and environment. We cannot command the supernatural until we are submitted to the authority we want our circumstance to be subjected to.
Genesis 32:28 (MLB) 28  He said, “Your name will be Jacob no longer, but Israel, because you have striven with God and with men and you have won.”
GOD'S WORD : RULER OF HIS CREATION
The whole of creation is governed and regulated by the Word of God and needs to obey it. Operating within His own word, God is the manifestation of the perfection of His justness.
Hebrews 4:12-13 (AMP) 12  For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. 13  And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.
In prayer we need to learn that God respond to his word and he is subject to it, not our personal feelings and desires. we must submit to the lord before we can resist the devil. The authority we are submitted to or subject is the authority that we work for us and serve us.
We can only pray the prayer that is inspired by the word of God
Heaven and the kingdom of God is subject to word of God and is compelled to perform and conform to the authority of the word
Spiritual protocol demands that we follow the ordained order which God has established that his kingdom should function by.
Heaven is not subject to us but we are subject to heaven and its authority.
FLOW OF AUTHORITY
(1 Corinthians 14:40)
Let all things be done decently and in order.
Spiritual protocol reveals and shows us how God’s authority flows and how we can access it be subject to it.
A man or woman who is not subject to authority cannot be an authority
Just government and man made institutions have protocols which depict and show us the flow and access of authority God’s kingdom also has protocol and access of authority.
1 Cor 12:4-6 “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.”
John 14:15 (MLB) 15  “If you love Me, keep My commands,
Galatians 3:5 (MLB) 5  Is He, then, who endued you with the Spirit and does wonderful works among you, doing so because of the works of the Law or by faith in the message?
All creation is subject and held together by the authority of God's word, everything is legally subject to the word of God. Our purpose in prayer is to enforce this authority. In prayer we seek God's will and enforce his will over all his creation
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 (MLB) 4  For the weapons of our warfare are not physical, but they are powerful with God’s help for the tearing down of fortresses, 5  inasmuch as we tear down reasoning's and every proud barrier that is raised up against the knowledge of God and lead every thought into subjection to Christ. 6  We are prepared also to punish all disobedience, when your obedience is fully expressed.
Approach
Ecclesiastes 5:1-7 (MLB) 1  GUARD YOUR feet when you go to the house of God; to be ready to listen is better than to give sacrifice like the fools, who do not know when they do wrong. 2  Be not hasty with your mouth; and your heart—do not allow it to be hasty to utter a word before God; for God is in heaven and you are on the earth; therefore let your words be few. 3  For a dream comes with many concerns, and the voice of a fool in many words. 4  When you vow a vow to God do not delay in paying it, for He takes no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow. 5  It is better that you do not vow, than that you vow and not pay. 6  Do not allow your mouth to cause you to sin, and do not say before His messenger that it is a mistake. Why should God be angry at your voice and destroy the work of your hand? 7  For in many dreams and follies and many words—this remains: You shall revere God.
We must of necessity walk circumspectly in the presence of God and must be careful how handle and present ourselves before him. God is in heaven and we are here on earth and therefore by necessity we must learn and honor the protocol which God has established for kingdom.
God has established authorities which must be given the honor that is due them irrespective of our relationship and position towards him. we must be subject to established authorities whether they are on earth or in heaven. the kingdom of God both encapsulate the kingdom of man and the kingdom of heaven, both domains are subject to his authority in its entirety.
We need to always be mindful that God is our creator and not us. He is the
1 Timothy 2:1 (NIV2011) 1  I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—
There is a God ordained order to approaching God with our needs and also to grap His attention and audience. This protocol is very important as it is difference between our needs being met or us being disappointed.
James 4:7-10 (MLB) 7  So then submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8  Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Clean your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you of divided interests. 9  Be miserable and grieve and cry. Let your laughing be turned to sorrow and your enjoyment to dejection. 10  Take a low position before the Lord and He will exalt you.

Attitudes
Zechariah 3:1-8 (MLB) 1  THEN HE showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the LORD and the Adversary standing at his right hand to oppose him. 2  But the LORD said to Satan: The LORD will rebuke you, Satan; the LORD who delights in Jerusalem will rebuke you. Is not this a smoking firebrand plucked from the fire? 3  Now Joshua was dressed in soiled garments, and he was standing before the Angel. 4  So He said to those standing before Him: Take off his soiled garments. Then He said, “See I have removed from you your iniquity and clothed you with honorable garments.” 5  He further said, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.” So they put the clean turban on his head and dressed him in festive garments, while the Angel of the LORD was standing by. 6  Then the Angel of the LORD charged Joshua, 7  “Thus says the LORD of hosts: If you will walk in My ways and keep My precepts, you shall also govern My house and guard My courts, and I will give you access among these who stand here. 8  Pay attention, O high priest Joshua, you and your friends sitting before you—for they are significant men; look, I am bringing in My servant the Branch.
