Don’t Be So Focused On The Outcome
Luke 12:15 (NKJV) 15 And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”
Consist - I exist, I Am, Set Together, To Introduce, Stand Near - Consistent - Equal
Consistency - the way in which a substance, typically a liquid, holds together; thickness or viscosity.
Before you are complete with making the cake, you must ensure the consistency is correct; too less will not yield the correct results!
The Holy Spirit is often represented as “Water” Biblical; the substance of things hoped for are held together by The Holy Spirit Who thickens us whenever we are in a place of weakness!
If you ever wonder how you made it out of that, when you felt so thin, that you felt as if you were going to slip through the crack!
But some how, some way, you were the one selected! You were the one who got the good news!
Consistency is vital because you know that through this life, the path, the road I am on, if it had not been for the Knowledge Of God John 4:42 Then they said to the woman, “Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.” I would not have kept it together!
Many times I have been walking with God and have lost sight of His Hand!
Wondering where He is!
But Thank You Lord for Your Consistent Word, Which can never fail; Your Covenant is true, and I realize that I must remain consistent so that I won’t fall for those things outside your covering!
The reason God wanted me to let us know today how vital Consistency is, because when you realize how you are held together and made whole, then you will realize that come what may, you will be able to withstand and stand!
Because God has fortified you for this season!
