Whatever you do the most of, you are a slave to that. . . John 8:34–35 (NKJV) 34 Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. 35 And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever.
It goes without saying that the devil is the father of lies. . .John 8:44 (NKJV) 44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
Our Only Resource is The Word Of God Almighty, Full Of Grace And Truth - Therefore, we adhere to The Desires of Our Father, Who Sits On Heaven and Has Earth as His Footstool!
This may come to a shock to some, but we spend too much time considering the lie. . . What????
As soon as we hear something that is negative, and against what God has already spoken, we tend to let that trouble our heart
When they desire to turn the heat up seven times hotter than normal, we want to become fearful and try to figure out how to get them to turn it down!
It is human nature; but the good news is that God understands our nature, He knows our heart, and because we know Him, when we do let our heart be trouble, we do not rest there because we know His Truth Has Made Me Free!
I am no longer bound in that mindset, I have repented; therefore, my thinking is as His Thinking, my ways are as His Ways, thus, come what may, I am no longer bound by that because I know I am free! Hebrews 4:12-13 (NKJV) 12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
In order to remain in The Promise, and not look pass God’s Promise, we must understand and realize His Truths!
Truth = Firmness, Reality, Reliability; the antithesis of false, fidelity!
God’s Truth = Abundant, Certain and Fully Trustworthy, Enduring, Great, Plentous, Sure, Faithfulness, Right Motives.
God’s Word Is Truth - All Truth is unified and ground in the Faithfulness of Our True God, Whom cannot lie! Titus 1:1-3 (NKJV) 1 Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness, 2 in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, 3 but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior;
So you ask, how does the Truth Make Me Free? Because Jesus The Christ, The True Word Of God, Who was in the beginning with Him, and He left His deity, His Place, and came down through forty and two generations, so that you and I would be made free!
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
Our Faithful Father has given us all Truth, but yet we entertain the lie because when the flesh speaks, it seems louder than The Truth!
The Truth Makes Me Free because I live according to His Word, Which will not lead me into a lie because everything God has spoken to date, is truth! He cannot lie, His Word cannot fail, therefore you have surety that even in the reality of a thing, God’s Promises are True!
Luke 1:37 (NKJV) 37 For with God nothing will be impossible."
When you come to the realization; the reality, that God’s Word is fully reliable and trustworthy, you will no longer allow your thoughts to be bound by doubt, nor worry because you have been transformed by the renewing of your mind!
Therefore I know that Victory is mine because our Lord Almighty has defeated the father of lies; therefore, I worship our Father and praise Him for The Lamb That Was Slain!
Everything God does is True; we may not like it, but it is True! And when we abide In Him, we walk in His Truth because we know that He is The Way. . . The Truth. . . The Life. . . I continue on this journey
Psalms 26:3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.
Because I walk in His Truth, I can now be confident when I come boldly into His Presence, asking, seeking and knocking!
The reason why so many of us are afraid to A.S.K is because we have allowed our walk to be impeded by a lie that doubt has planted, which hinders us from being who God has called us to be!
Don’t ever let anything or anyone impeded your progress and stop you from being who God called you to be!
You walk in The Truth and His Truth has freed you from that bondage! Walk On!
God’s Word is True - True - True as opposed to false; real, honest, indeed, valid, genuine
The Word of God has validated you, approved you and yes, His Word is Real, therefore I will forever bless The Lord because I abide in Him and His Truth abides in me!
2 John 1:2 because of the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever:
That is why I am going to not only live my best life, I will live my best Free Life!
Free To Smile! Free To Rejoice! Free To Praise Him! Free To Give Him Glory! Regardless of how it seems!
I know that because I walk in His Truths, His Promises, abiding in His Word and have set Him Before me, it is going to get better real soon!
Therefore, I won’t allow the lie to hinder me from running on. . . Because better is ahead of me, regardless of what lie the enemy tries to get me to believe, The Truth is that . . . Because He Lives, I will not taste death, so I do not fear!
