In worship service already, isn't it?
I mean, the only way we could get a little bit better but next week we're having the pain.
So it kind of cool three weeks or spreading it out.
Last week of worship and coming together over the Lord's table and communion this morning.
We get to my page and experience baptism.

We are going to the park and and we are worshiping God there with barbecue barbecue in potluck.
I mean you just combined do the greatest thing right?
There is wonderful.
So I am just blessed beyond all means to just be able to part participate in these things as a church family and and you've already read that.
So Trust me.
There's a lot there and if you ever want to but as we come to our our passages today.
there's, there's a lot of Remembrance, yesterday.
We remembered that the tragic events of September 11th 2001.
And no doubt, many of you probably spent yesterday reflecting at some point house that day forever changed.
So many things not only in our nation but our world.
It is days like those that bring on hardship in difficult times, isn't it?
NN is we we look at where we are today.
20 years later.
We still see our our nation in in different turmoil time is hardship.
It is those times of hardship, that honestly, sometimes it's hardest for you, and I to look and see the hand of blessings of God.
What becomes very myopic in, in our approach, to how we look at the things that we're going through, how we look at life?
And I want to encourage us today.
But it's during those hardship times.
That God may be blessing the greatest.
But we need to look and see above in our passage today as as we look at Jacob and his life as we consider some of those difficult hard times.
Sometimes we find our heads, just hanging low.
Through hardship, we we hang our heads and we look down.
It's really hard to see a great deal when you're looking down.
That you tend to focus just in one specific spot.
But in our passage today, I love when God comes to Jacob inverse 12 of 31.
He says he's up now, your eyes and see.
Look up and see.
Don't hang your head down, don't be discouraged and see what I am doing.
See how I am blessing and God gives that charge to Jacob and I feel it is a seating chart for you.
And I today as we look at these chapters.
If you look at the difficult times that Jacob is going through as we consider the difficult times, you and I are going through a divorce in remember, the difficult times, that Israel was going through.
Like what things do I got to do with this?
Remember?
They're the first, they're the first ones who get the opportunity to hear the words in Genesis Chapter, 30 and 31.
Think about that and if they did they would unfold and see that Jacob is oppressed and they would be able to relate with that.
endymed oppression, they they, they feel The lacking of the Comforts of life.
How many of you like the Comforts of life?
Don't lie.
Now, I like them.
They are comfortable.
I like a comfortable bed.
I like air conditioning.
I like three meals a day.
I like knowing that I can get up here declare the truth in this book.
And not have to fear for my life.
I like the Comforts of Life Adventure to say you do too.
Most of you raise your hand so many like nope.
I like it uncomfortable.
Well, good for you.
All right.
As we look at these chapters, do we see God's blessing, we see God working in ways that only God can work it.
When we lift up our eyes and receive, we will see, I never ceases to work.
God is continually intervening.
Jacob's life.
And Israel's lies.
Your life and mine.
We're going to work and see that God is calling Jacob to return the promised land to return home.
We're going to go deeper into that in just a minute.
have you ever come to the scriptures and you're reading along and you're just like,
That is exactly what I'm going through.
That is exactly what I'm feeling.
It is an amazing thing.
Some of you have some if you have it.
Okay, when you read the scriptures, we we come to it.
Like wow.
Israel would have would have choked as they were reading or hearing these words.
That is because God's word is living and breathing.
It is active in your life and mine.
You know, why else that is.
It's really practical, God's word deals with real life.
This is a fantasy.
God's word deals with real life.
I am so glad about that because when I come to it I can relate.
I can relate to hardship.
I can relate to people not liking it.
I can relate to being getting the short end of the stick.
A lot of things I can relate to him.
But I'm sure you can see how many of you had the greatest week of your life this week.
Text, how many of you had some difficult things that you face this week.
You should really read the word of God is powerful.
You might go with me, but Israel is they read these words?
They read or heard the words read in Chapter 30.

Think about it.
They're in the wilderness.
They come from from Egypt.
There was a
Read Exodus, if you want to know how they were being oppressed.
And that oppression was difficult and then God is going to say come home, come back to The Landing field.
They're on their way, but you know what, they're going to experience some things along the way.
And then there is the going through this and then looking and you know what?
They're also going to work.
You know how God blessing us to every day.
God said them every day.
God gave water to them every day.
