Speak Life

Song of Solomon 4:1 ESV
1 Behold, you are beautiful, my love, behold, you are beautiful! Your eyes are doves behind your veil. Your hair is like a flock of goats leaping down the slopes of Gilead.
Song of Solomon 4:7 ESV
7 You are altogether beautiful, my love; there is no flaw in you.
Song of Solomon 5:9–10 ESV
9 What is your beloved more than another beloved, O most beautiful among women? What is your beloved more than another beloved, that you thus adjure us? 10 My beloved is radiant and ruddy, distinguished among ten thousand.
According to the work of John Gottman and Robert Levenson, who closely studied the effects of negativity with couples, the suggested ratio is 5:1, meaning that for every negative encounter, there should be a minimum of five positive ones to counterbalance the effects of the first.
Lift your head a little higher Spread the love like fire Hope will fall like rain When you speak life with the words you say Raise your thoughts a little higher Use your words to inspire Joy will fall like rain When you speak life with the things you say
