The New Heaven will be glorious in appearance (Rev 21:2)

Explanation: Heaven is described as a “bride adorned for her husband.” This describes anticipation, expectation, and the enjoyment of beauty.

The New Heaven will feature God in a personal way (Rev 21:3)

Explanation: God is Holy and cannot tolerate or look upon sin (Hab 1:13). God currently dwells in unapproachable light (1 Timothy 6:16) and no one can look upon His face. In the New Heaven we will have

The New Heaven will not have any bad things (Rev. 21:4)

Explanation: Believers are promised that God Himself is going to wipe away the tears of pain and sorrow that resulted from our previous lives. The heart aches and disappointments will be perfectly mended, and God will restore our hearts. Absent from the New Heaven will be death, sorrow, tears, and pain - all these negatives will be prevented in Heaven.
