The Devil's henchmen include worldly power and might, along with those who encourage or force people to comply or worship in different senses such powers or authorities. While Christians should obey those in authority as long as they are upholding God's moral law, they must not obey them when they overstep the mark into defining morality and requiring people to follow their beliefs. But their power and time is limited. Those who are Christ's will overcome, because Christ has overcome the Devil, sin and death.
