*3.**   Lighting of the Unity Candle:*       (*Leticia Rendon* mother of the Novio *Maria Estela Rodriguez *mother of the Novia) Both mothers are going to light a candle.

This is a symbol of the life they gave to there children.

When they were just babies, they knew that this day would come.

They knew just as the bible says, *Matthew 19:5 NVI* y dijo: "Por eso dejará el hombre a su padre y a su madre, y se unirá a su esposa, y los dos llegarán a ser un solo cuerpo"

We ask that you would fill them with your loving presence and wisdom!

As we celebrate this marriage before friends and family and in your Holy Presence!

*Genesis** 1:26-28 NVI** *26 y dijo: «Hagamos al ser humano a nuestra imagen y semejanza.

Que tenga dominio sobre los peces del mar, y sobre las aves del cielo; sobre los animales domésticos, sobre los animales salvajes, y sobre todos los reptiles que se arrastran por el suelo.»27

Y Dios creó al ser humano a su imagen; lo creó a imagen de Dios.

Hombre y mujer los creó, 28 y los bendijo con estas palabras: «Sean fructíferos y multiplíquense; llenen la tierra y sométanla; dominen a los peces del mar y a las aves del cielo, y a todos los reptiles que se arrastran por el suelo.»

Marriage is God’s IDEA!*

Ø      A wedding is a celebration of LOVE!

The bible declares that marriage is an honorable thing, *

*Hebrews** 13:4 NVI** *Tengan todos en alta estima el matrimonio y la fidelidad conyugal, porque Dios juzgará a los adúlteros y a todos los que cometen inmoralidades sexuales.

*RVR 4** Honroso sea en todos el matrimonio,*

    Many people today are living today and are not willing to make a marriage covenant!

Living together is a Sin! (God has ordained marriage!)

Many people say Marriage is no big deal!

Marriage is not just a piece of paper!

It is a life long commitment with God and with each other!

*Quote:* “Marriage is a lifelong commitment between God man and woman!”

Ø     Society today is trying to redefined what marriage is!

They say that marriage is between to people and that can include a woman, with another woman or a man with another man!

NO!!!!

Ø     It is a Holy Covenant made between Man and Woman for life!

*2.** for A marriage to be SUCCESSFUL, we must include God!*

Ø     God is the author and creator of marriage!

*God’s idea!*

Ø     Marriage is an institution of God.

Ø     Marriage is something that is holy and sacred!

*The Bible says:* *GOD IS LOVE!*

*1 John 4:8* El que no ama no conoce a Dios, porque Dios es amor.

Ø     *The more you know God the more you will love each other!*

Ø     *Just like God is the creator of Marriage!

He is also the author of Love!*

Ø     The best thing we can do for our marriage is to improve in our relationship towards God!

“How is your spiritual Life?”

What do I mean by this question?

“Do you read the Word”    “Do you Pray”          “Are you faithful attending Church?

*3.For** marriage to be succesful it must work according to the Plan of God! (God’s Blue Prints)*

*Ephesians** 5:22-26 NVI* 22 Esposas, sométanse a sus propios esposos como al Señor.

23 Porque el esposo es cabeza de su esposa, así como Cristo es cabeza y salvador de la iglesia, la cual es su cuerpo.

24 Así como la iglesia se somete a Cristo, también las esposas deben someterse a sus esposos en todo.

25 Esposos, amen a sus esposas, así como Cristo amó a la iglesia y se entregó por ella
