I Pledge Allegiance

“One nation under God.” These words are a part of the pledge we recite to the American flag and our blessed nation, the United States of America. It wasn’t until the year, 1954, that these words were added by the persuasion of President Eisenhower in light of the surrounding threats of communism.
Former President Ronald Reagan stated, “If we ever forget that we are one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
Considering our nation’s current spiritual climate and the lack of opposition against the immoral agendas of the so-called “left”, there should be genuine concern for our nation and its future.
It would benefit us to remember God’s warning concerning any and all nations that choose to forsake Him. (Psalm 9:17) The wicked shall be turned into hell, And all the nations that forget God.
We must pray for our nation. We must be the salt of the earth.
We must pledge our allegiance to the one, true nation, standing in union together under God since the time of its conception, that is, THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever, AMEN!
Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world.”
The god of this age is Satan. He is the prince of the power of the air. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of the ungodly.
We must obey our Lord’s command to “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.” We must not fall victim to the spiritual wickedness and darkness at work in this world. This spiritual darkness, along with its power, is moving swiftly across our nation today.
We cannot afford to slumber. We must awake to righteousness! We must be sober and vigilant for our adversary is like a roaring lion seeking whosoever he can devour.
We must pledge allegiance to our God. We must make Him first in our life.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He has been given all authority in Heaven and on earth. He is the head of the church which is His body. The church is His kingdom on earth. His church is a spiritual kingdom and a spiritual body.
1 Peter 2:9 - But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
Pledge your allegiance to God the Father! Pledge your allegiance to Jesus Christ, His Son. Pledge your allegiance to the Holy Spirit, to be led by Him. Pledge your allegiance to His church. Make His kingdom first and His righteousness first in your life.
Matthew 25:34 - “Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
