7 Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honour to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.
Introduction
Having spoken of the duties of the husband toward the wife and how marriage is a reflection of the relationship between Christ and his bride, the Church. He now goes on to that our living effects, at least, one very vital part of our Christian living, that is prayer.
If we are not living as the Lord requires our prayers are hindered. We must give attention to our praying. I want to look at some principles relating to prayer in the hope that we all can learn more of our praying must be like.
