God’s Bread Satisfies Our Eternal Hunger

The People were hungry. God wanted them to know he provides a provision for life.

Jesus keeps us at the table.

Thinking about eating is not the same as eating.

Reading and knowing the nutritional facts is not eating.

Understanding how our body processes food is not eating.

We must eat to live.

Thinking about Jesus is not the same as believing in Jesus.

Knowing facts about Jesus is not believing.

Understanding how jesus saves us is not believing.

We must believe to live. Augustine said: “Believe and You have eaten.”
