2 Kings 6:15-18KJV

15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. 18 And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto the LORD, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.

2 Chronicles 32:7-8KJV

7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

  1. Verse 17 Elisha prayed and asked that the eyes of the young man be “opened” and they were and he then saw what we need to see the “Host of God” round about Elisha as they are around all His servants!

Psalm 91:15KJV

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

Romans 8:31KJV

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

1 John 4:4KJV

4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
