A Greater Rest

In the first part of chapter 3, the author of Hebrews exhorted us to faithfulness by following the examples of Jesus & Moses while avoiding the example of Israel in the wilderness as exemplified in Palm 95. Here he continues his line of thought by exhorting us to rest, a closely related issue. But, what does he mean by rest - is it physical, or something else?
