Biblical Leadership 1 Peter 5:1-4 1. Elders are the pastors of the church (1-2a) Titus 1:9 Acts 20:28-31 2. Elders are men of character (2b) 1 Timothy 3:1-7 3. Elders are servant leaders (3) 4. Elders are under Jesus' authority (4) Pray for the elders of VBC so that they would have the wisdom to lead well and be protected from the attacks of the enemy. The Lord Jesus leads His church through a plurality of elders who lead according to His will found in the Scriptures.
