Philippians 4:14-20
Giving Brings Fruit
Physical needs must be met to do ministry.
We must ask ourselves why we have what we have.
Resources are a means to an end, not an end to themselves.
Cheerful giving is pleasing to God (2 Corinthians 9:7).
God Provides
We should not hesitate to give based on wants or needs.
God promises to meet all of our needs.
We will not outgive what God can supply (2 Corinthians 9:8).
We must remember that God’s resources are unlimited.
God is Glorified
The glory of God is what life is all about (1 Corinthians 10:31).
God is glorified in the giving heart, the fruit of giving, and in how he provides to the giver.
We must bow all of our life in worship to God.
