What is faith?
Hebrews 11:1 defines it like this…

Faith led Abraham up the mountain to sacrifice Isaac.

You see, the scripture that defines what you will receive by faith is found in Matthew 9:29, when Jesus, talking to two soon not to be blind men, told them “According to your faith will it be done to you."
Philippians 4:19 makes this promise, “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus”, but he also promises this in Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive/ them/, and ye shall have/ them/.”
It’s all a matter of staying in line with the Word of God, and seeking his will in your life.
