UNLOCKING THE BLESSINGS OF PASSOVER!
Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.
Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
What if there were ancient mysteries concealed within the Old Testament that not only pointed to Christ’s first coming, death and resurrection, but also contained blessings, waiting to be unlocked and decreed by Believers right now—specifically during the appointed time of Passover?
What if these appointed times, when observed today, opened the windows of Heaven and allowed Believers to experience more of God’s goodness and have a deeper revelation of their deliverance from death and judgment?
That is the purpose of this message—to help you gain a deeper understanding of the ancient celebration of the feasts in general and specifically the Passover Feast!
I. The SUMMARY of the Hebrew HISTORY
Now these are the names of the sons of Israel who came to Egypt with Jacob; they came each one with his household:
Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah;
Issachar, Zebulun and Benjamin;
Dan and Naphtali, Gad and Asher.
All the persons who came from the loins of Jacob were seventy in number, but Joseph was already in Egypt.
He said also, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.
The Lord said, “I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and have given heed to their cry because of their taskmasters, for I am aware of their sufferings.
II. The MYSTERIES concealed in the FEASTS
The Lord spoke again to Moses, saying,
“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘The Lord’s appointed times which you shall proclaim as holy convocations—My appointed times are these:
Appointed Times and Holy Convocations = divine road-maps designed by God to be observed annually that serve as divine rehearsals for specific events related to the future!
PASSOVER was a rehearsal for REDEMPTION through the Blood of the Lamb!
Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed.
UNLEAVENED BREAD was a rehearsal for SANCTIFICATION of our lives!

FIRST FRUITS was a rehearsal for RESURRECTION from the dead!
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming,
PENTECOST was a rehearsal for the BAPTISM of the SPIRIT!
When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place.
And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance.
TRUMPETS is a rehearsal for the REMOVAL of the CHURCH from the earth!
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
ATONEMENT is a rehearsal for the SALVATION of ISRAEL in the Tribulation!
For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery—so that you will not be wise in your own estimation—that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
TABERNACLES is a rehearsal for the KINGDOM on EARTH during the 1000 years!
So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?”
III. The PROMISES revealed in the CUPS!
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.
Describing their Exodus out of Egypt, the Lord made four declarations of deliverance for the Hebrew people: I will bring you out . . . I will rescue you . . . I will redeem you and I will take you as My people!
At the Passover Seder meal, each person is given a cup of wine. They drink of the wine four times, which represents the “Four Cups of Wine.”
The first cup is the cup of SANCTIFICATION
Blessed are You, Lord our God, Ruler of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine!
The second cup is the cup of the PLAGUES
This cup symbolizes the freedom we have from fear of sickness, disease and or disaster that would have been fresh in the Hebrew minds as they recalled the Lord delivering them from the plague of Blood, Frogs, Gnats, Flies, Livestock, Boils, Hail, Locusts, Darkness and Death of the First Born males!
The third cup is the cup of REDEMPTION and HEALING released
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.
The fourth cup is the cup of PRAISE
At this point in the Seder, there is a declaration of God’s promises written in Exodus 23. We, as Believers, can proclaim these promises too, as God brought us out of the slavery of sin and into freedom through a covenant relationship made possible by Yeshua’s death and resurrection!
The cup of PRAISE is a declaration of what is to come as you taste the fourth cup . . . Divine Protection—Positioning and Alignment—Divine Authority—Health and Prosperity—Multiplication and Longevity—Respect from your Enemies—Dominion—Increase of Inheritance—Freedom from corrupt covenants!
These four Passover Cups represent the fur Promises that can still be activated today! Jesus’ death and resurrection did not negate these promises—it fulfilled them!
“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.
“For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.
IV. UNLOCKING the Nine BLESSINGS of Passover!
And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.
1. The Promise of DIVINE PROTECTION
“Behold, I am going to send an angel before you to guard you along the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.
I Decree and Declare that I will have divine protection over my family and business!
2. POSITIONING and ALIGNMENT provides protection from your enemies!
“But if you truly obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.
I Decree and Declare that I will be in correct Alignment and at the center of the Lord’s Will for my life!
3. A COMMISSION of Divine AUTHORITY!
“You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces.
I Declare and Decree that I will be commissioned this year to walk in Divine Authority!
4. SUPERNATURAL HEALTH and KINGDOM PROSPERITY!
“But you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst.
I DECLARE and DECREE that I will walk in Godly Health and Kingdom prosperity!
5. COVENANT Protection for MULTIPLICATION and LONGEVITY!
“There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
I DECLARE and DECREE that I am free from all satanic witchcraft, false decrees and covenants, curses, hexes, and all Baal structures that lead to abortion of my spiritual assignments!
6. A Godly RELEASE of FEAR and RESPECT from your ENEMIES!
“I will send My terror ahead of you, and throw into confusion all the people among whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
I DECREE and DECLARE a release of the fear of the Lord—the beginning of wisdom within me! My enemies will have respect for the Lord in me—they will NOT touch the Lord’s anointed in words, actions or deeds!
7. The DRIVING OUT of your ENEMIES!
“I will send hornets ahead of you so that they will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites before you.
I DECREE and DECLARE that the warring angels and the Heavenly Hosts of Zion will be released from Heaven to do spiritual warfare on my behalf!
8. DOMINION and Increased INHERITANCE!
“I will drive them out before you little by little, until you become fruitful and take possession of the land.
I DECREE and DECLARE the release of my ability to perceive and receive my dominion and my inheritance!
9. FREEDOM from Corrupt COVENANTS!
“They shall not live in your land, because they will make you sin against Me; for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”
I DECREE and DECLARE that I will be free and cleansed from all false covenants and destructive relationships! I sever all unholy soul-ties from my past and in my present life!
