This week we will examine the second great feeding of a multitude accomplished by Jesus. While some attempt to link this as just another telling of the initial feeding from a different perspective, Jesus himself tells us they are distinct. In the first feeding, we learned about seeing things as the King sees them; recognizing the need so that we can meet the needs around us. In this feeding, we learn that to meet that need, we must serve the Lord as He directs.
